I don't know about that. We tend to stick to here or the RP. If we're really going to take over we need to spread out more. I've already invaded their chat but there's an RP in there I haven't been able to jump into.

Yeah...good luck with that. That RP is...complicated, and yet very casual. Also there are quite a few of us that were PH fans long before you guys moved in.Moodyman90 wrote:I don't know about that. Re: Blackjack's "super weight"
High 2. Maybe low 3. You need to keep in mind that this isn't a linear scale; you can't just say unicorns are listed as 3 and Blackjack has +1 for being a cyborg. For one thing, tier 4 is where Superman and the Princesses go. Tier 5 is <i>Cthulhu</i>. Then you look at the actual description of tier 3, and unicorn magic only goes there for Twilight-level power and versatility. So she's a high 1 from her magic, mid 2 for her cybernetics, tier 1 weapon skills and equipment... if she's using Folly she goes up to three, but she kills herself doing it. When she left the Stable she was a 1, now she's high 2.
Meanwhile, Pip would start at 0, quickly develop through 1 into 2, turn down the opportunity to hit tier 3 with the Black Book, and end up at 4 when she took over the SPP and got senses and weather control across the Wasteland.

I just don't know what went wrong!

It's not that google docs doesn't work it's the stupid app they have, no font size or zoom option and half the time accessing the non app version kicks me to the general list of documents. As to copying it over I'm willing to do the leg work if you all allow. :3

Calm down! No need to panic. We got a good 991 posts in the previous thread. If we do end up with a bunch of threads, then the admins here would probably just stick them all in a PH-specific sub-folder.

I'm sorry sorry for the delay... this chapter has been cursed. Just cursed. Every time I try and make some headway, something pops up to kill it. It isn't even the longest chapter ever! I mean if I were doing a ch37 or something, sure. But this is just crazy.
Anyway, barring disasters, we should finish brushing it tomorrow. I am so so very sorry for this.

No need to sorry about. As far as I know, if you have to delay time, when chapter comes up, it's always the best chapter :)Somber wrote:I'm sorry sorry for the delay... this chapter has been cursed. Re: [GRIMDARK] Fallout Equestria: Project Horizons Discussion
Oh, headdesk. I just figured out where Dawn is.
Remember why the Hoofington Six broke up in the first place? King Awesome was sweet on Dawn, but she went with Sky Striker, and Awesome went completely Blueblood about it. Ten years later, she returns. What's the first thing she's going to do? Try to get the old band back together. Thunderhead needs the surface, since they can't get support from Neighvarro; with their cooperation in holding back the cloud cover, the Society's surface farms could feed both Thunderhead and the Hoof, making them totally independent from the rest of the Enclave. So King Awesome is her first stop. But he's still sore about her not choosing him, and he's got a decade of slaving behind him now. He kept Pisces and Capri in a tank just because they're unusual... how much more someone he really wants?
Dawn probably thought she'd be back in a week, with the solution to all Thunderhead's problems as an "I'm sorry" gift.
Edit: According to Capri, "Professor Zodiac found out about us and paid a whole bunch of caps to King Jackass to let us go. She had to give up something really valuable that she said was hers, too. But she said that nopony should be locked up for looking strange."
If that 'something valuable' was Dawn, I'm not going to feel bad about taking her parts anymore.

Re: [GRIMDARK] Fallout Equestria: Project Horizons Discussion
(Firstly: Goddess dammit all these replies xD
https://www.youtube.com/watch?list=PL6C8206EC8C63B98B&feature=player_detailpage&v=Sob1t-iUCmE#t=67s
xP)
Secondly: Arglebargle! Warn me if we change thread!
Third: Yay, writing while woozy! Expect illogical stuff.
@Nightmare: (Endowment) It's not a very common occurrence, since most
girls are not told to be proud/comfortable with what they got. It's why
the awful "circumcision" (labia reduction) has become more and more
common, since teens want to look like a "normal porn star". (0,5 inch labia)
And ah, yeah, I tend to respond quite random xP
And I guess the hide button will have to be explored further.
Also, I should prolly start to use the "quote" function soon...
@Derp: (Changelings) I don't see them as mindless, since as said, they
could be conversed with, and showed having somewhat of emotions.
(Pinkie's "Do me!" - *Sigh* part
@Guard: While I don't mind telling random stuff, I mainly did it since Kipper brought it up xP
And as said, there's just a bunch of holes that have to be filled with
about any theory. Firstly, if she did fall for the Nightingale effect,
how come this time was the only and first one? Or if not, what happened
to the previous one, why she'd be willing to attempt a relation and etc,
etc. Already talked some about this hehe.
(Changelings) The Flings and Companions are "indifferent" with each
other, it's just a tolerance between them. Both of them however is at
war with the Predators as they ruin both their chances to find food, and
make it harder than usually. And the prime difference of the Flings and
Companions is basically the Companions try to find "partners" they can
live off of. In return offering a companion that doesn't required to
share food or water with, just love, aiming for long term or lifelong
"exchanges". The flings are more "one night/week stands", finds
somepony, helps them, gains the affection they need to survive, then
leaves and returns to the hive until they need to feed again. All of
them have "scouts" though to find "food" and map out hazards.
@Sky: (Genital) Oi, I at least kept rather "clinical" about it, haha ;D
@Sindri: (Snippet) I know. And as said, I'm just tossing out random
contemplation. See it as me failing to try and discuss the topic xD It's
more of a "wondering what the hay happened to cause this" thing. I'm
really curious how it will be resolved/explained. And as said, I'm just
trying to ponder with guesses what could be accurate or probable. But
yeah, even the story doesn't have any actual evidence to support the
pairing apart from the showing of it. It's like that movie, can't recall
it's name, but it basically builds up to an epic fight scene, where the
main character is in severe a "you gon get fucked" situation, which
then fades to black, fades in again and shows the protagonist as the
victor, then it's mentioned several times in the movie how incredible it
was how they managed to defeat the enemy with such daring strategy.
Then the movie ended, seeming to have forgot to fill in on the actual
details. That's kinda my current situation. I have a late middle drama
and a finish, but no start, middle or conclusion.
@Ketchup: (Me) I have to admit, it is kinda weird to know having me talk about my goods as "nothing out of the ordinary" xD
@Kipper: (Endowment)
@Elex: Don't say I didn't wave at ya ;D (and we quite easily derail tbh.)
@Silent: (Golden) Not really. I'm just going with what she "knows" so
far. He's a terminally ill unicorn that has given them some advice, I
can't recall if they know that he's been giving them all advice but,
still. And he (possibly) had a part in the megaspell incident that
scarred her for life. Most everything is based on her pitying him so far
kinda, sorta. Or "unknown, behind the scene" stuff. True that much of
mine are too. Point being, if she barely knows him (and all other things
that I've mentioned technically needed for a "proper" relationship), I
want to find out how he (or she in some even weirder way) managed to
sway/deceive/abuse/court/trick/w/e the other into such serious
relationship, especially as to having a foal on top of it. (speaking of
which, whatever "system" we are using for pregnancies, I have to say
almost all mares mentioned in the stories (FoE fics) seems to either be
very reckless, ignorant or incredibly eager/willing to have a foal in
such terrible times... that or indicating Equestria has worthless sex ed
or knowledge how foals are made.)
I will however kinda call the "choose between his love and loyalty"
quite the... [bad thing word], or at least change to "loyalty to...
Equestria"? That part kinda seemed like you were trying to glorify him.
Since he has backstabbed Luna quite a few times if I recall, at least
directly disobeying orders and worked behind her back. Even if some was
"for her own good". So "to equestria" would make more sense I guess.
Plus, he never had to start a relationship with her in the first place.
Then again, the "not made of stone" can apply here, as said, I have
little problem with believing he gave in to his needs/desires and just
used her with deception and whatnot. (And like said, it's entirely
possible he had actual good intentions, some complex plan he thought
would work, but didn't thus causing it all the crumble... or just for
some reason wanted a successor with a ministry mare, and tbh, Fluttershy
is the most likely to be taken advantage of in said way.
@Jacky: (NMM) Well, where should I start?
Also, that link reminded me of "Things Mr Welch are no longer allowed to do in a RPG."
@Everypony (That list/rank thingy) I would have to SEVERELY object to
the "unicorns are 3, EP's are 1". BJ might have been a 1 or 2 fresh from
the stable. It was more the raiders that were -1 to 1. I'm tired of the
EP neglect. Sure, unicorns can use a form of telekinesis, but it's not
freaking divine for every unicorn. EP's are more than just a
"template/base model" to apply "horn" or "wings" too. And okay yeah,
technically they hold the power to end all life if they refuse to grow
food (mainly pre-FoE era), but tbh, they ought to have a higher average
standard or something. They're not D&D's "commoners" whilst the
other two races actually have at least CR1. Basic unicorn can levitate
stuff, that's about it. And wee, rambling with trying to make sense!
@Silent: (Top post) I can even say myself that having my post as the "introduction post" is not a good idea xD
@NMM: (Thread) I swear! I was sure my vict-guest wouldn't say anything! I promise to threaten them better in the future xD
https://www.youtube.com/watch?list=PL6C8206EC8C63B98B&feature=player_detailpage&v=Sob1t-iUCmE#t=67s

@Kipper: (Endowment)
- Spoiler:
- It was actually more of a general
ramble-statement than one aimed at you. Basically just a "I find it
stupid how many are stuck at the "bigger is better" mentality. Girth is
usally more "useful" than length. And yes, I am aware not many women are
aware of what exactly their vulva's can do, but this is an overall,
huge problem. While many (mainly teen) males lack the confidence and
whatnot about themselves, the number for females is a shitload higher.
Especially counting how the vulva is barely even starting to get
"accepted" and not a strictly "hush, hush" topic any more. That, and it
wasn't that far ago, like we discussed, we were started to being seen as
"equal", again. (I think it was Djinghis Khan that had the first
(known) gender equal land.
*Ahem* Anyhow, another main thing I wanted to point out is that there's
basically no "too small", only "too big". A guy with a huge penis and
large girth might look impressive to those that likes superficial, but
really, gl-hf with finding a girl hung enough to take it. And for the
sake of avoiding another violent derailment, let's leave it at that I
can say I'm quite sure your size ain't really compatible with mine xD On
a side note, as some of you might have guessed when I mentioned
circumcision up there: Yes, I have been asked quite a few times if/when I
had planned to get one, as it must be so embarrassing to have one that
large. Apart from occasionally accidentally sitting on the lips, I
pretty much only see pro's of having a normal-large one... okay, and if
you like to wear string, it becomes a problem... and small possible
bulges on underwear/swimsuits, but whatever xD
And the second part was just a general statement to all of you guys.
@Elex: Don't say I didn't wave at ya ;D (and we quite easily derail tbh.)
@Silent: (Golden) Not really. I'm just going with what she "knows" so

little problem with believing he gave in to his needs/desires and just
used her with deception and whatnot.

I'll need to speak with whoever locked it in the first place and see what the reasoning was first, but I'll get back to you.SilentCarto wrote:No idea... any chance we could get the threads reattached?Nightmare Moon wrote:Wait...I leave for 1 day and you all get your thread locked...
The hell did you do?!
I'm personally fine with it, I'm glad you're able to go past common ideas of what is "correct" according to many people, it shows a level of strength that isn't seen often in the current society (at least from what I've seen).Kattlarv wrote:
@Nightmare: (Endowment) It's not a very common occurrence, since most
girls are not told to be proud/comfortable with what they got. It's why
the awful "circumcision" (labia reduction) has become more and more
common, since teens want to look like a "normal porn star". (0,5 inch labia)
And ah, yeah, I tend to respond quite random xP
And I guess the hide button will have to be explored further.
Also, I should prolly start to use the "quote" function soon...
Perhaps, it might make it easier to read your posts, but multi-quoting on this site is an annoying process
Lol, fear is the best deterrent I suppose

It is nothing out of the ordinary for you to talk about those topics. As a matter of fact, you do often.Kattlarv wrote:

Did it ever occur to you and Kipper that this discussion might be why the thread got locked in the first place?Kattlarv wrote:@Nightmare: (Endowment) ...
I should say she knows him better than anyone except maybe Horse and Garnet (and any other Ministry liasons). Goldie is a complex person. He shows different faces to different people, and they're not as simple as deceptive masks. He's adept at controlling which facets of himself he lets others see, but those facets aren't themselves a lie. Well, it's a lie of omission, I suppose.Point being, if she barely knows him (and all other things that I've mentioned technically needed for a "proper" relationship), I want to find out how he (or she in some even weirder way) managed to sway/deceive/abuse/court/trick/w/e the other into such serious relationship, especially as to having a foal on top of it.
It's true that we haven't seen more than a few hints of their relationship yet, but... well, I don't see you complaining about not hearing how Dawn and Sky Striker fell in love yet. I don't see why this is something to complain about until you get to the end of the story.
I'll agree that his loyalty is toward the nation and its people rather than the ruler herself.I will however kinda call the "choose between his love and loyalty" quite the... [bad thing word], or at least change to "loyalty to... Equestria"? That part kinda seemed like you were trying to glorify him.
I'm not glorifying him per se, but rather trying to show how he can perceive himself as the good guy... or at least "the villain of the piece", as Scootaloo put it. He's a Well-Intentioned Extremist; he believes what he's doing is for the best, and if he has to be a monster to accomplish that, then so be it. Like Rarity, he's willing to shave off slice after slice of his own soul for the greater good. But the sacrifice is only worth it if it's really for the greater good. Like Red Eye, he has noble goals, but his means to that end are horrifying.
I mean, Littlepip faced much the same choice: live happily with Homage, or save the world? For her, it's not even a choice. The happiness of two ponies is nothing compared to the future of ponykind, and she made that sacrifice without flinching. I read Goldenblood the same way. He's noble and visionary in his own way, but it's vision without compassion or mercy.

Am I the only one here that agreed with what Goldenblood did, and what Red Eye was/is doing?SilentCarto wrote:I'll agree that his loyalty is toward the nation and its people rather than the ruler herself.I will however kinda call the "choose between his love and loyalty" quite the... I'm personally in the group that believes the Ends always justify the Means, and the two of them were doing everything they could to make Equestria a better place, or in Goldenblood's case, to end the war. They've taken the weight of all of those sins, and held them on their own shoulders so that others may live on in a better world than what there already was. Again, just my own opinions, and in no way showing the opinions of Cloudsville, the New Lunar Republic, or any other community as a whole.
(initiating arguments in 5...4...)
