@Katt, I'm gonna try VERY hard to explain this as logically as possible. I'm not trying to belittle or insult you in any way, but I do want to help you improve your argument methods and techniques.

This is a simile.

You have a habit of comparing two things that aren't actually similar.
Like saying something along the lines of, "When Iron was hit by Frost's Bradley he exploded like an piece of bacon on a hot sidewalk."

(If it's not clear, that last part is not supposed to make sense.)


You also have a habit of making a problem sound much worse than it actually is. (Or to use a common metaphor, make a mountain out of a mole hill.)

A good example of this is linking Somber's perhaps imperfect character writing of BJ with the societal problems of first world countries.

This is a logical fallacy often called a 'Red Herring', which is defined as being 'an irrelevant topic introduced in an argument to divert the attention of listeners or readers from the original issue.'

That problem specifically is why I made the comment about you having a promising career at FOX news, because they're incredibly infamous for using these sorts of logical fallacies.

Example: They may claim that gang violence is on the rise because of Obamacare.

This makes no logical sense, and the only reason they might say it is because they're trying to distract from the original argument by bringing up an inflammatory subject, I.E. Obamacare.


Katt, in the future I recommend that you try condensing your opinions down to no more than a paragraph (Four or five sentences). Often times your posts end up being to long for anyone to even bother reading. If you want to say Project Horizons is bad just say it's bad and give a reason why you think it's bad. You don't have to give us a dissertation on why Blackjack is a cock hungry whore and that's why patriarchies are bad.

@Last, We've tried being polite, we've tried going about it several other way, but apparently Katt needs a firmer hand. Yes, it does bother me that much. Just like how Brony All Alone or whatever the fuck his name was would make those stupid ass 'let's all do the thing' posts. The difference being that Katt KEEPS DOING IT. Goddamn, I love being a dismount. We got to go home at 1500 today, while the mounted guys are stuck there until 1700 doing services on the tracks. This shit happens all the time--we're in the AC-cooled bay doing concurrent MOUT training, CLS refreshers, or Combatives classes while they're stuck outside doing unnecessary, pain-in-the-ass shit with the Bradleys. The only tradeoff is that when it's finally time to roll into combat, we get out and expose ourselves to heavy enemy fire and artillery while the mounted guys sit in the heavily armed and armored tracks, laughing at us.

My own advice. Look up in Poland, if you speak polish. There's a number of transnational working there, so you may even end up lucky.

I UNDERSTAND Polish, like most of those, who speak Ukrainian, it's (sort of) similar languages, but not to the point of even basic Polish.
It's like...you understand part of what someone say to you in other language, since it's similar, but you're not able to use this language on your own.
