Wouldn't want this to be canon though. Not because of F/F, but because romantic plot tumor might eat the show alive. More or less same reason why Flash Sentry was glared at by fans, or so I think. Like Hasbro would ever do that though.

Played Bravely Default some more. In some ways backtracking is a lot more easier than in other RPGs because you can turn off the encounter rate. On the other hand,

Whelp, I'm an idiot. Turns out you can use the master and second seals outside of battle. Along with the stat boosting items. I'm going to have to replay this game.

How is Bravely Default? The only thing I heard of it was complaints about censoring the outfits or something.

I play it pretty much like a standard RPG. There is a mechanic where if you do the option 'Default', then you get a Brave Point. You get +1 BP per turn per character. Actions like Item and Attack use 1 BP. You can also use the 'Brave' option, which allows an additional action per turn, but uses 1 BP. You can Brave up to 4 times a turn max, and can go down to -4 BP minimum. Being in the negative doesn't allow you any actions. In addition, some abilities cost BP instead of the normal MP.  
There's also the Friend Summon system, which encourages the player to swap data with other player either online or by StreetPass. Basically you choose a move to send to others during a battle, your game saves the effects of that move, and you send it to other players. You in turn get whatever moves they set up and can use it during your turn.
Characters have a character level, as well as job class levels, similar to Final Fantasy Tactics.

Plotwise, it's written by the same person who made Steins Gate. Expect thematic similarities.

Complaints were about the aesthetic costumes that each character could wear. Each class put the character in a costume. The aesthetic costumes I am talking about overrides the class costume. Each character had four in Japan if you bough the collector's edition, and less in the US. First one is the basic costume, which sets the costume to the beginning Freelancer class. There a a bunch of others, but the one's contested was the 'Bravo Bikini' for the character named Agnes (Looks kinda like a playboy bunny costume, I guess) which was removed, the toned down 'Bravo Bikini' for the character named Edea (Not sure what got changed, have to look it up), and the mankini costume for a character named Ringabel which was removed. Code and art still in the game, because sometimes you can trade data and get a character Friend Summon from a Japanese game.

During a relatively early-game alien ship assault, about a third of the way through, all but one of my team got plasma-fucked except for a hardass British sniper chick, who proceeds to one-woman-army the whole rest of the fucking level, ripping through dozens of Sectoids, Thin Men, and Floaters, several Mutons, and a Cyberdisk while not even taking a shot, including when a Muton had her at point-blank range.

I may or may not be in love with this woman.

Huh, I'm also playing XCOM and that makes so much sense... Even still, the RNG can go fuck itself most of the time.
Late game difficulty: "we're sorry, we don't have any AI improvements to give you so here's nine Mutons, three Berserkers, a cyberdisk, six heavy floaters and a sectopod all at the same time. Have fun! Oh, there's also an Ethereal and two Muton elite waiting just around the next corner.   "

Well, nuts. Gaming rig is compromised. Running my standard anti-malware/antivirus sweeps on a disconnected rig.
Malwarebytes->Kapersky's Virus Removal ->RogueKiller
ComboFix is my last option. Any other good ones I can add to my suite?

Manual check. I try not rely on Kaspersky AV (and it's coming from a guy, who is responsible for Kaspersky AV server to function).
If you can give me symptoms - I could try give you 'cure'.
If it's some site-redirrection stuff, then check your \%windwosfolder%\system32\drivers\etc file hosts (open with notepad). If in doubt it's safe to delete it whole content, don't worry, unless you edited it yourself - nothing bad would happen.
Look for suspicious processes. Like chrome.exe even though you don't have Chrome on your PC, mind that, this virus-process doesn't have Chrome logo on it.
If it's some sort of ad-ware - Ad-ware Killer is your choice. Helps like a charm.
If you feel, that you have lag spikes from internet - install custom firewall. I'd recommend Comodo AV (firewall included, or try looking for stand-alone), but know that..you'll spend months on making right rules for EVERYTHING, but after that - you can be safe, because you'll know where and how every program on your PC accesses internet.

And like I said - give me symptoms, I'll try get you a cure ;)
