I read about this. I'm still skeptical (apparently there were a few oddities with the test, and this is pretty unlikely), but... Yeah, it's not completely ridiculous to suggest that we have working quantum vacuum thrusters. Which is tremendously exciting. I'm eager to see what further work is done on this; here's hoping that it does turn out to be the same sort of error that lead to those not-actually-superluminal particles.

Oh a couple of days ago I mentioned I didn't like crits. To clarify I meant random crits, I wasn't including things like the back scatter from TF2 or my memory of FF tactics advanced where you have to position yourself behind the enemy to get the damage.

I was scrolling through an artist's work and I found YCH or your character here comissions. While looking at them I was a little confused. Surely if you were to commission an artist you'd want something unique. I was thinking maybe they were cheaper but all of them were in sketch form and most artists do have addtional charges for coloring and shading.

Don't see the appeal in them. I mean from a buyer's stand point. They are most likely easier and quicker for the artist.

Okay, you know what, I think I may give up on the Supreme Ruler videogame series.

In "Supreme Ruler 1936", playing as France, starting in 1936, I've by myself steamrolled Germany, Italy (with its lybian and erythrean colony, plus rhodes) and Spain (currently mopping up the remains of its african colonies).

We're currently in 1938, and I've not once lost money (by which I mean having had a negative treasury). What's more, I'm actually netting a non negligible amount everyday. Without any kind of cheats.


I'm going to continue that game for the hell of it. Next targets, in order are Austria, Bulgaria, Romania, the USSR and then Japan.

Final goal is world conquest before 1965. I fully expect the rest of the world to have declared war on me by 1950.


If I manage it... Well, what else is there going to be for me to do with that game?

Speaking of Dishonored that's one of the free games on 360 this month. I had played it previously so I'd definitely recommend it. Especially for free.

It's a got a good stealth system and it doesn't feel as rigid as something like deus ex human revolution where if you're set up for non lethal that's pretty much your only option.
