That's the reason I started a little pet project of mine: feeding the local stray cats. It started out as three, I believe, then quickly grew to 12-14. The possum that was under my shed has made like a bird and fucked off, and there are no rodent problems here. The downside is that cat food is starting to get expensive, but at least my lot is much more lively with the presence of the felines.

We have a big problem with spiders around here, and not just any spiders, brown recluse spiders. I was writing an email to Harmony a couple of days ago when one of the fiends skittered across my screen and nearly made me shit myself.


...And if that possum shows his whiskered face around here again, he will know pain.

I'm reasonably certain there is a family of raccoons living in my crawlspace. If they come down, my current plan of action is "Broadsword", which isn't a codename at all. It involved actually striking them with a broadsword. My backup plan is "Goddamn Terrorists", which involves 30 rounds of 5.56 ammunition and 5 12-gauge shotgun shells.

GOG.com is having a huge sale.

By huge, I mean they're giving 125+ games away for 25% price. And everything else for 50%.

...I've just blown $200+ on several dozen old titles. Was totally worth it.

Many of these weren't ever released in Russia (or they were, with an atrocious translation) or on other digital services. "GOG frees you from piracy!" should be their slogan.

Strangely enough, I think I'd be a mix of Love (Nurgle) and Hope (Tzeentch). Then would come Honor (Khorne) and Perfectionnism / Passion (Slaanesh).

I am not the kind of person to be easily categorized


Though, worst come to worst, I'd probably be Nurgle-dominant.

Since we are apparently doing categorizations, I lean more towards Nurgle and Slaanesh, with Khorne in third (I have a sense of practical honor and a very strong sense of obligation/duty), and Tzeentch last.

My mind has not been with me today... firstly: spaced out somewhat, read the joke things, but honestly had hard understanding the ones I remembered after I read them. I rather tried for most of them though. And I think I kinda got one...
Secondly, Cao, the first thing that dragged to my head was "the" Lyra plush, I know, I'm terrible :P
Lastly: I feel very bright today: I was all like: "Soon as I'm back to semi-decent again, I'm going to finish writing this clopfic, so I at least have something to give my small reader base for jul." (or x-mas) and did some slight calculating, and yeah, it would work up with my slow ass tactics, have done with it the whole month so far, especially after the past few days setback. And now, when there's 3-4 days left, I remember that "Oh yeah... stories need proofreading..." so excuse me while I faceplant, then I'll have to go prod people on FiMFiction. (have had an oddly high amount of people there (~6 or so) agree to proofread, then just never be heard from again after they get the link. Can say it doesn't really go well along with my confidence xD Ah well, least seems like the Futashy flash will be out before the new year, hopefully, else I entirely miss the contest.

Edit: *Table flip* Goddess dammit xD I have to stop forgetting about that suit fic, just noticed it again, for the 3'rd time this year being in my FiMFiction folder being ready to submit, but yet not sent in. Think I've asked this before, but just a quick reminder to myself: Anyone know if that has been proofread? I really ought to write these things down in a memo note for senile xP But yeah, I only recall something about stuff, but I don't know if it was "good to go" or how to put it... erf, I know these topics are at times borderline to the rules but blah xD I'm stressed for jul. I've been far too slack on shit so far.
