well folks I just spent my late afternoon to midnight at comicpalooza... met Rachel Luttrel and Christopher Judge... found out George Takei actually looks the way he does on television, he is also very short...

I then caughtmyself doing a baggage dump on Luttrel and cutmyself off and apologized... any way, I had the privelege of meeting the woman who is the inspiration for the Character "Rose of Sharon Cassidy" in New Vegas.... shes a charming lady.

Also I have a concern for bronies on the East coast, apparently the idea of bronies on the east coast are dildo fucking men and something to do w ith horses... and it concerns me that this is the thought of bronies on the east coast...

If you're talking about the Northeast, then I blame the rampant, thoughtless cynicism that's pretty pervasive in these parts. If you're talking about any other part of the east coast, I can't theorize why that might be. For the record, I don't fuck dildos or have anything to do with horses - the former because it's not my inclination, and the latter because I don't trust 'em. =P

Off-topic: I like spiders. Jumping spiders are adorable. But giant spiders can just die. I don't know why creepy-crawlies keep colonizing my window, but I'm running out of random chemicals to spray them with.

Once walked out of a shower to find a spider hanging at eye level. I went "Dang it Fred, you scared me." and it slid down it's web a ways. I waited for it to climb all the way back up before getting out of the shower as to not disturb it.

guys i'm not sure I feel well, my bottle has started to get full and I'm getting closer and closer to needing an outlet for it. I'm not sure when or how it will come out adn I am seriously concerned on how it will come to be. Right now it feels like it wants to come out in a torrent of tears, but I do not know what it would start about with. I came close oday when I was chatting with a sympathetic ear and it was something i needed. I am certain i need areally good cry and to go to sleep. only the worse part is...sigh... I feel like I've always got to be a pillar for everyone around me. That if I come crashing down then it is like I would be letting those who rely on me, or whom I perceive as relying on me. I'm human but I hate to let others down and in general, I think good or bad I always meet others' expectations. stupid lamentations...

The little ones are fine, I like having them around - it's when they get larger than my fist that we have problems. Those guys looks like they eat mice, and if they eat small mammals, it's only a matter of time before they start getting ambitious... spiders are rather clever, after all. They could take over if they really wanted; them and the octopuses would form an eight-legged consortium and rule both land and sea.

So I don't let them build webs on my window screen.

Anyway, though, we should definitely do something for Somber's birthday - but what?

Nobody can be eternally stoic, and nobody will feel let down because you've got things weighing you down hard and are feeling crushed. Seems to me that we take turns being strong when those around us need it, and if you need to talk, or even just have someone else listen, we're here. Or if you just want one set of ears, instead of rather a lot, send me (or any of the other folks who'll be willing to give a listen) an e-mail. Can't say I'm the promptest replier, but I'm glad to listen and offer what help and consolation I can. God knows I'm grateful to those who've been there for me.

I hate to be Comic Book Guy here, but if P-21 fired Persuasion 'zebra style', BJ would have noted it. He definitely fires it from the mouth...

Well, for starters, Persuasion is in P-21's mouth. It's a bit hard to tell at this angle, though. But yeah, I know P-21 has never been described as using the zebra sniper stance. Having him on all fours with Persuasion supported with just his mouth would have been a boring pose though. Besides, it's not supposed to be exactly like the zebra sniping stance, and he is leaning against the wall instead of balancing on his hind legs. Also, since Persuasion is described as being fairly heavy, it seems like he would have some trouble keeping it steady if he was holding it with his mouth only. Of course, the main reason he is in that pose is because, like I said, it's cooler. I'm allowed a little bit of artistic license, right?

On an somewhat related note, we need more pictures of P-21 with his hat. Cause it's awesome.

Can anyone think of something to do for Somber's birthday? Collaboratively?

Money's not personal or collaborative, but it is definitely useful... alongside that, there was talk of writing up some short fiction for it, which could be nice... um, maybe a short story/vignette, poem, song, artwork, or other media piece and a message to Somber, or just the message, too. Or if it's too personal to share publicly, maybe the message can go separately to Somber in an e-mail.

Any of that strike folks' fancy? Other ideas floating around?

I'll try to finish my comic by then.

She slowly curled forward, pressing her face into my metallic limbs. Then she let out her breath in one slow rasp. Her blue bar disappeared from my E.F.S.

It took me a few minutes to pull myself away and crawl out of the hopper again. I reached down and hooked my hoof to his and pulled him up after me.
-It's a minor error, but when Blackjack is pulling P-21 up, it should be specifically stated that P-21 is the one being pulled up. Sure, he is the only male around so Blackjack is obviously referring to him, but still. If Dusty Trails had been male, the way it's worded now would make it sound like she is pulling them out of the hopper, and the part after that would make even less sense. Things switched between talking about Dusty to talking about P-21 without saying that it's P-21, just "him". It should say something like "I reached down and hooked my hoof to P-21's and pulled him up after me.

Ch 38: He glared at me disgust.
-with disgust

Ch 42: “I will trade you these for every last gemstone, can of Cram, and bit of scrap metal you there, my good sir.”
-Should be "you have" not "you there".

Ah, thank you for the spotting; the second two corrections have been made. As for the first, though... Yes, it would be unclear if Dusty Trails was male, but she isn't. As it is, of the two people Blackjack could have been referring to there, one is male and the other is female and dead to boot. While English's gender tagging is often annoying, I think that it is in this case quite sufficient to communicate the point.
Actually, while all that stands, I think that you are right that the flow would be improved by the change. I'll make it as soon as I finish posting this.

There people here to talk to Admiral. No one here is perfect, but they can help. We've had experiences where life has kicked us into the dirt. The experiences aren't identical, we aren't the best at learning lessons, and communicating what we know is a challenge. People can be great at bridging that gap in experience. Your thoughts and feelings will be heard, all you have to do is voice them.

There are a lot of good things in you even when you can't see them. They never go away regardless of bad the moment might seem.

okay good news everyone, I have checked up on my friend's time on Tuesday and since they are planning on working security up at A-con in Dallas this upcoming weekend they will bee needing a means of finance. Naturally this is the same friend who has agreed to Horse riding lessons. I am paying 25 an hour for this privilege, and I am pretty much guaranteed this time. I am rather excited at the notion.

Lessons start in the tack room, learn the tack and parts of the horse, then saddle up and learn leading the horse with the halter, then actually getting into the saddle and riding on a lead line, getting used to being on the horse. After that, the saddle comes off and its bareback from there.

And look at it like this: It's basically in a way like... lets just for example use a random example here: It's like being asked to mow ones grandmothers lawn, for free. Some might be okay with mowing it, some might want money for it, and others might not want to mow at all... and some takes extra paid because it's "them" mowing it. Point being, while there are those that take time out of their lives to low a lawn for free, keep in mind, would you be willing to do the same? For the whole neighbourhood? Especially when it comes to traditional artists (and some digital), since they have to pay for the fuel to the lawnmower as well.

@OAC: (size difference) Just to be me: Do keep in mind she was banging them too. So either she's damn hung, or just really likes to get oral. ;P


As for "offering support" and whatnot, would want to do the same, but I'm not very capable in any way. I do kinda well as a question box though, for stuff one might wonder about... things.
