Yes, we have had to jump through a number of hoops in order to involve all and allow the plot to progress. I'm open to suggestions.

If I may I would suggest you not involve all. Come up with a list of events, decide which character's make sense to be involved and then do them. The plot should evolve from there based on how the characters and factions respond to the outcomes of the events. Let me know if I'm being stupid and stating the obvious here.

Ayuh, Merry Christmas to those who care for having it wished upon them (though it's a good twenty minutes to midnight here). Spent hours and hours today singing carols and then drove home in the pouring rain with my sisters singing The Doors. While I have a cold. My voice is fuckin' raw. Fun times, though. Nice seeing folks, got some some oldschool folk music in a Yankee Swap, and I ate a lot but not so much that I feel like I'm gonna burst. Hope everyone else's went as well or better.

Coyotes are traditionally known as tricksters.

I just realized that chihuahuas would be goblins. Either goblins, or really angry gnomes.

Chiuahuas are still Canis Familiaris. Hyenas would be goblins and bears, naturally, would be Giants

I don't think bears are even close to being considered as cousins of the Canis line in species taxonomy.

Merry winter holidays everyone. Theres well over 30 of them and the most well known one has been said too much already. It had a good decade before Black Friday just absorbs all of December.

Giants, likewise, share little common ancestry with Man in most cosmologies, but, like bears to dogs, retain enough morphological similarities to invoke feelings of familiarity. 

Which would make Polar bears like Jotun.

Speaking of such, on retrospect, I'm not really satisfied with how that first chapter turned out. I'll be deleting that and probably restarting the thingything once I've got a better idea of how to lead into the night of Bloodmoon itself
