I kinda just want the story of Blackjack to never, ever end... the chapters are worth the wait, it's better than anything on TV or from movies.

Oh, I know BJ will die eventually, but I mean the story. Like I want to know what happens to the crusaders, does Scotchtape grow up to be a leader? Does she get her cutie mark? Is it a toilet? Can the crusaders and the zebras team up to make the first wasteland soccer league? Will Big Daddy keep running the gangs? Will Finder finally find that one thing he's been looking for all these years? Will the moon ponies come to flank and take the dustheads to the moon? does Rover have a wife and if so, is she even more bad-ass than him? (I could totally see him marrying a hellhound. Hellhounds don't whine.) What will happen to Octavia's base? Will Calamity ever figure out that his cyber-eye can take pictures and help Derpy add pictures to the wasteland survival guide? Will the first season of Wasteland Adventures ever make it to air in Thunderhead? So many questions!

The filly’s cutie mark was a strange diamond over an unwrapped scroll.  The four-sided diamond was made up of two strange apparati.  The bottom one was a ruler which seemed to be bent in the middle at a ninety degree angle.  The top was some strange piece of equipment that resembled two sharpened metal sticks joined at the apex by a hinge.  On the parchment was some strange abstract design that appeared vaguely structural.

A square and compass. Roughly analogous to the Freemason logo.

Yeah, it was a long time ago in Blackjack time. So much has happened since then. I really thought Dealer was going to break into the friend zone after that chapter about being honest and everything. Should have taken his own advice.

Agreed. The moon isn't going anywhere. Besides, if Blackjack rushes and confronts her on the moon while the ground forces are still in play by the time Blackjack gets back everything she was fighting for would be lost. BJ has time to clean up the mess on the ground before she goes to the moon. After all, ContJack has to deal with a copy of Golden Blood and the small army of Unicorn sorcerers under his control. For all we know, there is a colony of Moon ponies up there and she'll have to fight them. 

Just saying, there is a lot of stuff that could be happening. If you need time just have Congjack be busy slaughtering innocent moon ponies then BJ can have her +10 righteous fury when she finds out.

That part of New Vegas (or even fallout 3, just before "Take it Back") tore me up...I had done almost no side quests, so I was essentially fighting in the dam by myself.

Anyone else guilty of, in Fallout and other games with something similar, making a save, checking out the big deal thingy a bit just for the heck of it, then loading the save and obsessively doing absolutely everything you possibly can?

There's actually a fallout equestria game in development. I tried to get on the voice acting team, but my mic was too old and my new one got to me too late. Ah well. The pre alpha is comingsoon, so testing is still open. However the dev team has said that they aren't planning to do anything with PH sadly...

For some reason when I read that. I pictured Blackjack having someone make a billion star metal thread trap that she could launch at ContJack and tie her up then put a bondage mask over her face so she can't see anything and have p-21 pleasure her into submission.

Difficult to plan for something that isn't finished yet and doesn't seem to even have any idea of how many chapters are even left. Fallout is known for easter eggs though so assuming the project does reach completetion I wouldn't be surprised if we saw stable 99 barding or something of that nature hidden away somewhere.

Really I wouldn't expect them to list every easter egg before launch. Easter eggs are supposed to be little surprises for the players.

While we're off topic it's a little funny that (especially for this fan project) talent falls below mic quality on their VA checklist. IIRC there are at least a few characters that exist solely as audiofiles in FO:E. These roles should be fine for people with worse mics, that audio is likely to be drowned in distortion and static effects anyway.

So, apparently the universe doesn't want us to get the chapter out this weekend. Heartshine's arrival was delayed, Somber's internet was hit by a storm, swicked had a lot of homework to do, and then, not ten minutes after we'd decided to just stop stop and continue next weekend, my building had a surprise fire drill. We don't expect significant difficulty next weekend, though.
