You know, it struck me the other day

That in New Vegas when the NCR soldiers say "patrolling the Mojave makes you wish for a nuclear winter", they were referring to the climate and the hot temperatures of the region ;

Up until then I had always assumed it was because they found the region so shitty they called in their wishes its annihilation in nuclear fire...

Part of me is sad to see the LMR stuff go, but another points out that not connecting well with (as opposed to just liking or even understanding) LMR probably says good things about your mental health.

I have to say, Fallout Equestria: Starlight is one of the few stories that I can power through within a short space of time. I guess it just really captures my (limited) attention span, unlike a lot of works.

Yes, that is a familiar moment to me. Mostly because I add stuff to the read later list as more of a "this might be interesting" list. =P

My Uncle Rick just finished telling the story of how he dived off a bridge, ending up with his kneecap completely detaching and ending up in his hip. Then, on the way to the hospital, he convicted the ambulance driver to stop for beer while he lit up a doobie. Then, after surgery, he was almost put on suicide watch because his file said he 'jumped off a bridge'
