So in my game Sindri keeps dicking around with supplies and breaking them, Kipper got bit by a zombie almost immediately, and Adder apparently has brittle bones disease, because he broke the same set of bones twice. All in all I kind of expected this.

Alright, I got stuff to do now, but later tonight I will run through the highest difficulty with Harmony, Kipper, Iron, and Stringtheory in the party. I predict a single survivor, who will be infected by the time we reach Haven.

My working theory is that zombies fear fire, and this will prevent random bitings.

Edit: Next I will test whether cooking zombie meat makes it safe to eat without risk of infection. As Kipper is already infected, and Adder is likely to be killed by something else anyway, Adder will be the first test subject. And Kipper gets zombie instead of real food from now on, because we're running short.

Any of you heard of StarForged? It's in alpha right now through steams new early access feature. It looks to be sci-fi minecraft with better graphics, physics, and you actually have to engineer the buildings otherwise they'll collapse

See, StarForged looks like it has the same problem as Minecraft but more so: If I start playing this game, I will either tire of it quickly, in which case it's a waste of $20, or I will never stop playing. Neither of these is a desirable outcome.

You run an item shop in a town full of adventurers, in an attempt to pay back the ludicrous debts left behind by your father when he proclaimed he was going to become a great hero and then disappeared several months ago. Your partner in this task is the fairy loan shark who just told you that you'll lose your house in a month. Normal gameplay ranges from mundane bartering, dealing with varying market conditions, attracting customers and inspiring their loyalty, filling special orders, etc. But, well, this is a town full of adventurers, with several dungeons nearby, so you can hire one of them and then play as them as they explore, hack things apart, and bring back artifacts for you to sell at 100% profit (and maybe also save the world in the process).

It's a fun game, hilariously written, and only $6.79 if you get it soon.
