"I'll do my best," he says cleaning off the table and wrapping up the scraps. "Cleaning this up should only take a minute."

"You get things ready in here, and I'll get things ready in my room."

"Deal. I'll get this cleaned up then I'll be over."

Clock grins and runs out to her room.

Charcoal hurriedly cleans off the table, and stacks the plates up to take them into the kitchen. He cleans them up quickly, and stores the leftover food. Satisfied that the chores were finished, he trots to Clocks door and knocks, his mind racing all the while.

Clock answers the door in a black negligee. "Hey Char."

Charcoal trots into the room, a little nervous. "Clock, I just want you to know that I want you to be happy. No matter what happens to us."

Click lays down on the bed and props her head up with a hoof. "So?"

Charcoal smiles slightly and climbs up onto the bed next to her. Charcoal is silent for a moment before he grabs clock in his hooves and kisses her.

Clock returns the kiss. "Oh, your hoof is cold. Okay, first lesson is how you're gonna warm it up."
