Either you will just draw then until you get it into your hand, or you can get some anatomy sketches and do the same, could help to manage it faster.

If you want a book about drawing in general, then there are tons of them.
I have that as my iPod screensaver! I use it regularly as a reference when ponying about and would also recommend it. Of course, there are different proportions such as those of the princesses and taller/shorter ponies and also there are different muzzle types and several other things to keep in mind. Regardless, that is a very useful reference guide to start out at least.
