Not the bullying itself, which is common enough, but the extent to which the school tries to avoid the problem instead of dealing with it.

Like I was saying. it's shocking to you, but it's usual here.
For example. When I was at middle school (around 10 years ago) my friend got bullied by bunch of kids. even though I tried to 'fight back' (I was a coward back then), it didn't help him. In the end teacher..send my friend to 'reject' class. It was newly created class, it meant to make our groups smaller, but teachers used it to send there everyone they hate or who had low marks or behaviour issues.

Well the breezies can be forgiven since they're a brand new addition. And pretty sure SK was just talking about the show and not anything in fanfics.

But yeah, the Minotaurs, goats should be included. Obviously the Saddle-arabians fall under ponies even though their design was more like actual horses.

There's also Cows, who are sapient but still act like cattle, as well as Donkeys and Mules.

Mules are kinda interesting, since the word "mule" is often used as an insult in the show and a mule is the offspring of a horse and a donkey. Ponies evidently aren't into interracial marriage.

It's complicated because just about every animal has shown some degree of sapience at one time or another.

Problem is with that is that some characters might actually have a culture, but was never actually spotlighted. I guess we could restrict it to Straight canon, and throw the rest into a miscellaneous pile.

So let's see:
Creatures that have no sapience whatsoever
Creatues that can't talk, but are intelligent
Creatures that can talk, are intelligent, but don't have a society of their own.
Creatures that can talk, are intelligent, and have their own society and culture.

and Miscellaneous that we can't fit in any category?
