Part of reason why not - Russia and that penensula, where Russians invaded..sorry 'enforced protection of russians and army there'.

We have  naval Russian base there..so after this conflict will be finished and (seriously, call me separatist, but if Russia or Crimea itself want to become 'whole again', so fucking go!). So..no Russian base = no other reason NOT to join NATO. Politics, still and south-easter regions might be against it, but I'd say fuck them. Even if Ukrainian army will try stay defensive..I'd say in week, the most, Russia would take most of Ukraine.

almost 50% of that site's content is porn (2 of the 4 current "3 day top scoring" images are porn), with some pretty odious shit in the mix ("foalcon", much?)

The rest is in majority shitty and often offensive memes, episode screencaps without any added value (BUT with watermarks), or worse (fucking fluffies)

The good stuff is some rare nuggets of gold in a mountain of excrement.

It's probably best you not let your children do anything if it's not supervised by an adult you trust. Whether it's the internet or just walking down the street.

If you are a parent and are uncomfortable with your child being exposed to all the content the internet has to offer (Which you should NOT be comfortable with, at all.) they should not be browsing the internet unsupervised.

Even if you don't know anything about software that would stop them from searching certain things, it's easy to keep them off the internet. Lock up your keyboard, mouse, and in the cases that's not enough unplug your router and lock that up.

Why is this so hard? It really shouldn't be, not for an adult who is responsible for the well being of other humans.

Content creator's have a certain amount of responsibility. But that only goes as far as let's say marking their content as Mature on sites like Deviantart. If someone else downloads that content and posts it to somewhere that's less restrictive, then that's not the content creator's fault.

Totally random, but would like your opinion on something: Do you guys think it's fair to charge more for less?
For example: Say you pay an ex: artist 50 for something, on your work, they spend ~10 minutes. On another persons, for the same price, they spend 2 hours.
And quality wise, you basically got 144 youtube quality, and they got 1080. Would you say that is still a fair deal just because they were better at the other than the first? Along with that they did not give a fuck to bother with effort in the prior due to lack of interest?

I think it's pretty scummy. If that artist didn't like the content of the commision you proposed they should have turned you down. Not take your money with the intention of shitting out a half-assed piece.

Yup, unfortunately they're being smart about it by making it impossible to actually prove it's them, we can only strongly speculate. Meanwhile, they get to keep saying "not us lol, we haven't decided if we are going to send troops" because they made sure no troops have any markings. They even painted over the identification on the tanks, so there's no actual way to prove that those are from Russia.


Meanwhile, our greatest threat is apparently "WE WILL MAKE IT VERY HARD ECONOMICALLY FOR YOU IF YOU DON'T STOP SOON"

Also, I love that they're only telling russia to pull back their forces into Crimea. No, that's totally not them basically saying "You can have that part, just don't take the rest". So glad we're basically telling them they can just have that part of Ukraine.

Pretty much agree with Last. They should've turned you down instead of doing a poor job. All I can say for this is to check out the artist's other work first, and communicate thoroughly before commissioning. If they still do a poor job, try to get them to redo it, and if they don't tell others about it to avoid the same fate.

I don't know who they think we think they are, but since it's become very obvious who they belong to (plus they're a model that only Russia uses), it's not exactly a secret. I don't know who they hoped everyone would think it was, but in the first day nobody knew who it was.
