I've gathered significant resources, but I don't know where to store them, so I'll just make a house and store it there. I don't know of any banks or anything of the sort.

And someone turned my house into an enchanting room, and I don't mind. BTW, the roof wasn't finished.

My vault has a ton of storage space already you can use. Level 3 is pretty much the temporary storage anyhow. I'm not going to be really using it in the next week or so cause I really need to get back to drawing and that.

Hmm I'm thinking I should be closing this topic down and starting part two soon.
Anyway, I've found two of the three strongholds, we had a villager in desert village who would trade for eyes of ender and I used my one to find one stronghold.  The other I remember where it was on the map from the preview of the seed and I found the tiny island it's under.  No idea where the third is since I'm out of ender eyes again.

My speakeasy is now functional.  All you have to do is walk up to the bar and click the button below the potion you want, and it will be dispensed at you.  I may replace the potion bottle icons with something more representative for those who don't recognize potions by their color.  Maybe something like a sword for strength, boots for swiftness, a lava bucket for fire resistance, etc.

I still don't have healing potions, though, because we don't have a melon farm yet that I know of.

Warning to Iron: Stay away from my Cow Singularity if you want your video card to remain intact. IIRC Adder said max was like 1k cows in that spot. I don't believe that though, maybe more like 300.

In other news, Blackjack's Blockbuster has been renamed and fixed. Now I just need to get a good bow, rename it, and rename and fix my iron pickaxe I have now.

FTB has finally started releasing 1.6.4 packs!  They were originally going to wait until they finished making their new launcher, but they found a way to fix their old launcher to support 1.6.4 packs, so they are releasing them there in the meantime.

Interestingly enough, the first pack they released is called "Horizons"

Lucky for you, the spot has been reduced to a mere 10 by Adder, which I've been working on restoring the herd. It's near the pimp tower of gold blocks, on the outskirts of town that cb5 built his vault near.

I've tried the modpack Horizons. It's not that good., cause it's more of a "this is new things that may or may not actually have much use to them.

Yeah, the main modpack in the same vein as "Ultimate" and "Unleashed" is supposed to come out in about a week.  That will be the one that we'll want to use if Adder decides to switch the server back over to mods again.

So like a right and proper cocky jackass I got myself killed while miles deep inside an abandoned mineshaft in the underground ravine under the village I decided to set up in. Logged out for the night, came back today in an attempt to get my stuff back since I think I'm far enough away from others that the chunk I'm in doesn't update when I'm not there.
And so either:
A. There is somebody else in the area who happened to be in the same mineshaft, found my dropped stuff and picked it up.
B. The chunk did update and all my stuff was long gone by the time I got there.
C. Despite being in an enclosed space and it would require all of the items to bounce around a corner in order to fall, those experience orbs where mine and when I finally went to collect them off the obsidian floor of the ravine it wasn't a glitch that I saw items floating nearby only to disappear when I got close.

Only thing of real value lost was a bunch of redstone and two diamonds I found in a minecart chest.

It's rather obvious I'm not the first guy who's been through the place though. Maybe the first in a while but all the empty chests deep underground. For the love of Celestia guys, in the very least collect the minecarts and chest and put them somewhere that's clearly marked. So many empty promises....

I finally finished my house, and it's now one of the largest on the server. I even gave it a sort of viking theme, and I've decided to implement Tyler's advice of every space having purpose. It's not a finished project, but it looks damn fine so far.

Iron was on a roll last night, to the point that Tyler snapped. Granted everybody else in the channel didn't help matters much either, but Iron was the guy closest to Tyler in the minecraft server.

I managed to kill Tyler with an Iron Pickaxe at one point, after I had dug a hole in an obvious place and crouched inside of it. I guess you could say I really...picked my battle.

Early today I saw someone by the name of Cucumber_Slices on the server. Anyone know who that is?

One of SK's siblings. He invited his brother and sister to the server. They're mostly harmless.

SK on the other hand said he was going to egg my place and increase my chicken population. He than left himself logged into the server while in my town, so I gathered up all the eggs my chickens laid and filled his inventory with it.

The point? To show him I don't need him doing that, at least not with his double chest full of eggs. If he come back, he's going to go down. Hard. With eggs.
And maybe cakes.

Anyway, I brought up the other subject because I saw that person on the server earlier, and then I logged back in several hours later to find that someone had dug up the road without fixing it, and the wall was missing chunks. I'm not piss-piss about this or anything, I just ask that people fix what they dig up so that problems don't arise.
