Thanks, I appreciate it. Of course, if I'm the only one who's going to be doing stuff on the server between now and next thursday then there's no rush, particularly since I've been rather busy with other things anyhow.

Also, have you added Gravisuite back in yet?

As of the posting of this message, the server is up and appears to be working fine. Can't say for sure though, since I was able to log in to the server once last week but lost connection after about 5 minutes. This time though, I played for a fair bit and there wasn't any trouble.

Here's to hoping it's finally working again.

I'll be sure to check it out later today. I think I fixed my problem from last time. The one where I crashed if I opened my inventory and tried to move stuff.

That is great news!

Though we've been invading CivRealms.com for our server needs and alot of us seem to be preferring it for now for building stuff It'll be great to get back on to do games and stuff.

Well, the server has been down for the past five hours. I guess it still isn't working properly. Well, it was up for 15+ hours, so that's a step in the right direction. I don't know if it will be up again for tomorrow night, and even if it is, it could end up dropping connection at any moment.

Adder had said previously that the server has a permanent memory leak issue. Due to this, he set up a program to automatically restart the server like twice a day or something to keep it running. If for some reason that program isn't working, that could explain why the sever is down most of the time. Of course, that may not be the problem.

Adder did say that the map wouldn't even start before. Now that the server will run, albeit intermittently, perhaps Adder can fix it the rest of the way.

FYI Civrealms.com is getting an FTB server realm going. This might be an alternative to anyone who is interested.

I miss so many things but the whole 1.7 split means we can't go back without giving up as much as the move from 1.1 required.

Yeah I was reading about how you were talking about how it's going to be december or such when ftb 1.7 comes out. It's not that long of a wait, we can just wait another month for it to come out.

1.6 is coming out soon. 1.7 is probably coming out december; if it doesn't then early january.

A 1-2 month wait isn't that long of a wait.

Also sorry I haven't been on the last two days, I've been trying to get dayz to work and it's not wanting too.

There have been several comments that there mod makers who are skipping 1.6 and go direct to 1.7, not all but enough we might be able move up to a modded sooner than you think.

Also finally got fortune, better have two of them now, got one last night and another this morning after I harvested all the silk touched diamonds.
OAN 3 of the four cardinal directions done for the nether each 130 blocks away from our initial gate. Might extend it to 140 to be on the safe side.

Where are you getting your information from? From what I've heard, Forge isn't even out yet, and many ftb mods can't even start updating without it. With most minecraft updates, it takes several months at least for mods to update and ftb to get some packs together. 1.7, however, is a major update. Lots of major changes to the minecraft code, which will cause modders to have to make significant changes to their code in order to update. Some people have even said they don't expect a stable 1.7 ftb pack to be released until near summertime. Don't get me wrong, it would be awesome if 1.7 packs came out in December, it just doesn't seem like that's going to happen.

Btw, Adder, I also have a fortune 3 pick.

I've gathered significant resources, but I don't know where to store them, so I'll just make a house and store it there. I don't know of any banks or anything of the sort.

And someone turned my house into an enchanting room, and I don't mind. BTW, the roof wasn't finished.
