It's hypercompetitive, argumentative, has cynical pretensions of superiority, and its system of self-moderation is frankly shite at making players actually feel empowered at getting back at people who're harassing them. The latter's kind of a problem because the game harshly punishes the most obvious solution to being harassed - leaving the game. Of course, the other obvious solution is to fake ignorance while sabotaging everything... but that's hardly ideal.

If you want my advice, if you feel like not dealing with the community, at the start of the game say "Communicate with pings" and then type "/mute all" into chat. =P Then just drop a "wp" every now and then to avoid being reported for "failure to communicate" and you're set for life.

General insults are things that I'm thick-skinned towards, but insults towards my intelligence is basically prodding a wound that never healed properly. I grew up as an extremely confused kid who didn't know anything about neurological disorders, so I got kicked around quite a bit for my mistakes.

Can Pokemon XY be played on a nintendo DS lite, or must it be played on a 3DS/2DS ?

Because I kind of want to play that game, but I don't want to have to shell-out 120-190€ for a new handheld I'll never use otherwise.

You have to get a 3DS or a 2DS in order to play. But I personally think it's worth it. Seeing as I bought one for the game and haven't regretted it.

Well, I have to add in the factor that I won't probably be able to play the game much in the foreseeable future, so I tink I'll pass for now.

Too bad because it seems like XY is more interesting than Heartgold.

So does anyone own the full version of how to survive? I played the trial last night and despite some issues like poor animation quality on the basic attacks (And borrowing some zombie types from l4d) I found it pretty fun. Though I've got some concerns of the difficulty going on. They did a pretty good job of making the zombies a threat but once you start crafting some better weapons (which you can do almost immediately.) that stops being the case. But I'm not sure if the game is intentionally easier for the demo.
