Yeah, that happens. Usually if I recognize it I just stay away from people when I can and try not to think about dismembering everything I see. Eventually it goes away.

That's how I am. On a related note, I'm usually not easy to anger since I'm hard to offend, but if I'm already feeling bad about myself or something else, then it escalates quickly. Even slight irritants are, unfortunately, like poking a bear.

I'm personally a fundamentally angry person that does control themselves.  Like even when I'm happy I'm angry.  The reason why is I'm also a very jealous person of anyone that has anything I don't have.

I usually only get angry at what someone says if it brings back some really, really bad memories, or just makes me feel bad about myself. I'm kind of insecure thanks to assholes who don't understand that people can be different rather than incapable of understanding. Then there's moments like today when I get pissed about something of which I'm currently unaware.
