"What?" Charcoal asked, jarred from his thoughts. "Oh. Scorch went to go get something to eat."

[Orm]

"Huh." Searchlight said as he looked in the direction that Scorch flew before looking back at Charcoal. "Speaking of eating, are you hungry?" He asked.

[XT Vengeance]

"Uh, not really. Too early for food at the moment," Charcoal said.

[Orm]

"Alright." Searchlight said before going back to drinking his whiskey. "Sure you don't at least want a drink?" He asked as he offered him the bottle.

[XT Vengeance]

"Uh, no thanks. I've never really been that much of a drinker anyways. Thanks for the offer though."

[Katarn]

"Do you think Scorch will hunt down something big?" Jayne asked Charcoal.

[XT Vengeance]

"I doubt it. He'll probably just find a small radigator or a radhog to chow down on. I'm not really sure though. He eats whatever he wants to."

[Katarn]

"Well, I'd hope he bring some here. I bet he can fry meat, while eating it or carrying it somewhere." Jayne looked in direction in which Scorch left.

[XT Vengeance]

"He won't. That's why he hunts small animals. Less waste. I can go out hunting later if you want. I need to replenish my food stores anyways."

[Katarn]

Jayne chuckled a little. "I don't doubt your skill of hunter, but aren't we in, like, community, who hunts radigator for meat and sell it to folks?"

[Orm]

"Oh, that reminds me. I have a couple of strips of parador meat in my bag. You want it?" He asked Charcoal.

[XT Vengeance]

"If you'd rather pay money for meat that you can't be entirely sure where it came from than hunt your own go ahead. I prefer to be self sufficient," Charcoal said to the griffin mater-of-factly.

"Uh sure. I'm not sure if it'll taste any good but I'm sure I can figure something out. Thanks."

[Orm]

Searchlight floats the strips of parador meat out of his ag and gives it to Charcoal. "Here you go. Hope it tastes better than it looked when it was alive."

[XT Vengeance]

"That's what the spices are for."

[Ketchup]

"No, I suppose no Stables would really condition its inhabitants to what's actually out here."
Quiver lands near where the others are gathered, seeing nothing.
"Looks clear."
He says, kneeling down for Novae to dismount.

[Katarn]

Naves slowly slides down from Quiver and stretches her legs.
"With you, I think I'm slowly start becoming junkie." She shakes her mane.

[Tytan]

After ruffling Fleas mane Clock goes looking for Sundance and her daughter.

[Ketchup]

"A junkie? For what, going high?"
He says with a smile.

[Katarn]

Novae chuckles. "You can say so. I do really enjoy to fly. I envy you..a little. You have wings, you're able to go wherever you want...I wish I had wings."

[Ketchup]

"I suppose I'll never know what it's like to not have them."
He says with a sigh.
"I've always wanted to have magic that I could use, not just the innate ability to manipulate clouds. I like having wings, but back home, I actually wanted to be a unicorn."

[Katarn]

"If you had both, would I have to call you princess?...I mean prince?" Novae said with a laugh. "I guess we all want to be someone else, at least for a while, to know how it's like to be 'not you'."

[XT Vengeance]

Charcoal looked up at Novae and Quiver for a brief moment, then looked back down at his rifle laid out on the table.

[Ketchup]

Quiver snorted.
"Only the Goddesses have wings and a horn, Nov. But I'd agree, you can never know what it's like to be someone else but yourself."
He said with a smile before walking over to Charcoal.
"Morning, Charcoal. How are you holding up?"

[Scyto Harmony]

Mince trots up after Clock, "Woah, hey, don't be going anywhere off on your own."

[Tytan]

Clock gives Mince a look, "I'm not going anywhere. Just wanna talk to Sundance and check on her daughter."

[Scyto Harmony]

"Oh... Right, okay well, be careful anyways."

[Tytan]

Clock has a moment of clarity, "I'm armed, well rested, possibly psychotic, and have several fairly dangerous friends including an explosives fixated zebra, a stallion who can control shadows, a fairly handsome buck with a magic box, and a Sand Dog who'd be very upset to see me die. I'm not sure what's left to be scared of anymore."

[Scyto Harmony]

"Fair enough. You know me, I'm conditioned to worry."

Pause.

"Wait. What was that middle part?"

[Tytan]

"What? The psychotic thing? Everyone was thinking it yesterday. Heck, I was thinking it."

[Scyto Harmony]

"Uhm." He says, rubbing his head, "It wasn't that bad... maybe a bit over-the-top but everyone gets passionate at times."
