Charcoal went back inside to find Miri. "I think I know where they went. We can head out in the west."

Little blossom watches the strange creature leave with a look of utter confusion on her face.

Quiver sees dried blood covering most of the walls, as well as a strange shimmering on the walls in some spots. bones of ponies both young and old cover the floor, and 2 big bowls half full of water sit in the middle of the room. One says Frick, the other says Frack.

Mira looked down. "Char, I'm not going."

Clock cautiously goes downstairs, "They were his... pets?"

"Just when you think you've seen everything."

[Tytan]

"Well... you've seem me and Vik. But I don't feed him ponies, shave him, or keep him in the cellar. He's also not my pet."

[XT Vengeance]

"I...wha...what?" Charcoal asks, confused.

[CamoBadger]

"I saw what you're up against," she started quietly. "Those ghouls, they almost killed my daughter. I've already lost her once Char, I can't risk taking her into that again."

"I...I...I understand," Charcoal said lowering his head.

"So what should we do now? Head back to Arbu and warn them? They might try to free the vampony, and they look dangerous."

"I still want to see you, Char," she quickly told him. "Whenever you have time, come back and see us, please?"

Quiver's wisdom strikes her, "That's a very good idea. All our fliers should go ahead. The rest of us will be along as fast as we can."

"You...you do?" Charcoal was clearly still confused.

"Of course I do."

"I-" Charcoal shook his head to clear his thoughts. "Where are you going to stay?"

"Hopefully here at Tenpony," she told him. "Even if it's just until I can find somewhere else, but for now this is the closest."

Quiver checks his chronometer and frowns.
"We've only got two hours of sunlight left. We can fly there before it's dark, but travelling at night is inadvisable in this region, right?"

[Tytan]

"Depends on how much help you want. You may have to carry a few of us earthbound ponies."

[XT Vengeance]

"You could stay at the Crow's Nest," Charcoal suggested.

[CamoBadger]

"I don't think I can make it before the bloodwings come out," she tells him. "Don't worry, I'll be fine here."

"I promise that I'll come back for you. I...I can't loose you again Miri," Charcoal said, hugging the mare tightly.

"I know you will." Mira hugged him back. "Stay safe out there, okay?"

[Ketchup]

"Do you think just me, Jayne, Eve, Novae, and Cherry could take them on? Jayne can carry Novae, and I can carry someone. Eve, Cherry, can you two carry ponies?"

"I want to come!" Mince pipes up, raising his hoof, "I want to help!"

"I'll try. Just...please stay safe, okay?"

"Mince, I'm proud of you. Volunteering to head into the path of two, possibly feral hellhounds? That's brave."

"I'll go, but Vik will have to stay." She turns to Vik, "Sorry Bud."

Viktor nods solemnly, "Viktor dig way there. Stay away from blood birds."
