"I-I won't." Eve remains seated, and she slowly breaks down crying once she was left alone.

Charcoal smiles slightly. "I just did what I had to Mince."

"I wish I had been faster though," Charcoal added sadly.

"Look, take this. We need everyone in tip top shape for the attack," Charcoal said, handing him his small potion.

Jayne sighs at all this 'touchy' stories. "Since you don't have any weapons..." He pulls 10 mm pistol from his bag and 9 mm from his holster and offers it to group. "I can offer these. At least one of them I need back."

"I'll take zeh 10mm. I'll take good care of zeh veapon." he says to Jayne.

Mince downs it. He silently looks at the bottle, before laughing humorlessly, "Seems like only yesterday I tried to steal your Rad-X pill."

Charcoal passes back Jayne's full portion of the caps. "Caps aren't what is important in life," Charcoal said simply.

[Katarn]

Throws 10 mm for Cast to catch.

Takes his caps, but pauses. "...I'm not always about caps...it's just way I am." He says to Charcoal.

Novae sited there, not moving.

"Um...Novae?"

Jayne waved his claws and snapped his fingers in front of her face.

He catches the pistol in his magic. He racks the slide and glares in anger at no one in particular. His eyes betray a magical presence within him.

He trots over to Jayne and Novae.
"What's wrong?"
He sees Novae's vacant look.
"Novae? You alright?"
He says in a softer tone.

Charcoal looks at the others who pitched in their caps. "Look, I don't need any caps," he said to them. "But that isn't enough to cover everyone."

He places one of his hooves on Novae's shoulder.
"Nov, please tell me.... what's wrong?"
He says softly.

[Katarn]

"I...think...I'm fine." Novae shakes her head. "Was just stunned..by all of it...it's been few hours, how it could've escalated so quickly?"

"The boss is a sick fuck. That's how."He says coldly as he looks in the direction that Eve went into, and sighs.

[Orm]

"I'm okay with giving up my share. I never really bought much aside from booze." He tells Charcoal.

He looks at Shadow, but quickly glances back at Novae.
"I don't know the whys or hows of what happened, but they'll never do it again... one way, or another."
He paused for a second.
"You're sure you're okay?"

[Ironmonger]

"Zose bastards need to die. Horribly." he says with a glint of familiar orange appearing in his eyes.

[Katarn]

"Yeah...I guess..."

Jayne pulls his 2 incendiary grenades. "Who wants to start some fire?"

[Ironmonger]

He looks at Jayne. "Sounds like a plan."

Charcoal trots to the edge of the camp where he saw Mirabell sitting on her own. He slowly moved to her side and sat down.

"Mirabell? Is..is it really you?" he asked warily.

The mare nodded from where she sat, obviously exhausted and barely able to stand after walking from the stadium. "I... I thought you were dead."

Charcoal sighed and showed the mare his mechanical hoof. "I almost was," he says quietly.

Mirabell frowned at the sight. "I'm so sorry Charcoal... I wish I could have helped more," she squeaked as tears started to come to her eyes.

He gives Novae a light hug.

"It isn't your fault. I should have paid more attention. Then...then none of it would have happened. I...if it is anyone's fault it's mine Mira," Charcoal said solemnly.

"No, you don't..." she stopped and shook her head. "It doesn't matter anymore." She wrapped her hooves around Charcoal. "I'm just so glad you're okay. I thought I was the only one."
