Clocks tone changes to a more playful one, "Of course, there is the chance you were asking about the 'handsome buck' part."

"I've been better Quiver, but don't worry about it," Charcoal said as he disassembled his rifle, and began to clean it.

[Scyto Harmony]

"Uhhhh." Mince says, turning a bright red about the cheeks, "Or, third option, I was talking about both - wait that doesn't help me..." And just like that, Mince goes into bumble mode, "I -- Uh -- Nyeh?"

[Ketchup]

"Well... alright."
Quiver watched him disassemble his rifle, noting that he should clean his own weapons more often.
"What can you tell me about Hellhounds?"
He says after a few seconds.

[Tytan]

"I've been poking a little to much fun at you lately. I figured it was time to balance out the scales."

[Scyto Harmony]

"I don't, uh... What?" He says, the gears in his head trying to work off their rust, "Hey don't worry about it, so long as it's poking fun and not making fun of, it's harmless. Excluding my short term sanity."

[XT Vengeance]

"I can tell you that they are to be avoided, and their weakest point would be the ear canal. Or the eyes. Otherwise, use AP rounds," Charcoal said as he deftly reassembled the rifle in one swift motion.

[Tytan]

She smiles coyly, "Then I guess I'll try to be more careful with your sanity."

[Scyto Harmony]

"Yeah, with what this group goes through I don't think it'll make much difference." He shrugs, "I kind of like this town... it's so... ordinary." He thinks about it, "Which, if I know social-societal clues, means it's anything but." He sighs, "We should probably get out of here as soon as we can."

Her tone suddenly changes to a more serious one, "You might be right, but I'm not leaving until I've talked to Sundance."

[Ketchup]

"Okay... armoured. Thanks for the tip. So... where's Mirabelle? Still at Tenpony?"
Quiver asked with a hint of sadness.

[XT Vengeance]

"Yes. She...Mirabelle stayed to watch over her...our daughter."

[Ketchup]

Quiver nodded slowly.
"I see. It's not that I don't appreciate your being around, but why did you follow us? What is your goal at the moment?"
He says interrogatively.
"If you care to share, of course."
He quickly adds.

[XT Vengeance]

"If you'd rather that I leave, I will."

[Ketchup]

"That's not what I said. I don't want you to leave, but I'm certainly not going to keep you from what you want to do."

[XT Vengeance]

"As far as you are concerned, I am here to keep you all alive," Charcoal said flatly.

[Ketchup]

"Hmm... well... okay then. I suppose it's always good to have someone watching your back."
Quiver says with a shrug.
"Take care of yourself."
He says with a nod before walking back over to Novae.

"Yeah..." Charcoal said quietly.

With a small, courteous nod to Mince Clock continued her search for Sundance. (Per 4+5)

Novae was studying ground with her hoof.
After Quiver walked to her she said. "If you don't mind, we can check on Cherry and...her family. I think I saw them in they yard." Novae nodded in direction of where she saw couple and their daughter. "Let's go?" She lead Quiver to them.
"Hey, Cherry...Shade." For some reason she had difficult to remember Cherry's husband's name.

"Howdy."She smiles

Shadow makes a barely audible grunt at the name mix up."It's Shadow, and hey, ah guess."

"Morning Cherry, Shadow... Flea, right?"
He says, looking down at the strange foal.

[Katarn]

"right. Right. Right." Novae tapped her forehead with hoof. "Sorry, I keep mixing up your name...at least I don't mix it too hard."
Novae lowered herself, to match filly's hight. "Hey, how are you, sweetie?"

The filly nodded at the pegasus before turning to the crouched striped pony. "I'm... okay, Ms.Striped pony" she said unable to remember her name.

[Katarn]

Novae raised her eyebrow. "Striped pony? That's new. I'm zebra. Though maybe I'm closer to ponykind, than to zebra, not to mention that I haven't lived with zebras fro really lon--" She barely manage to stop her 'train of thoughts'. "Sorry, got distracted." She smiled a little. "My name is Novae" Novae flapped her ears.

[Ketchup]

Quiver looked at Novae and Flea with a smile before turning to Cherry and Shadow.
"We flew around, the area seems safe at the moment. No signs of those Hellhounds."

"That's good. Probably long gone by now."

"Nov... Novahh." The filly had trouble pronouncing the name. "Nov." she settled on. Flea smiled at the Zebra's flopping ears before turning to the pegasus and looking back at her mom. "Mommy is he your brofer?"

Cherry looks at the filly"No sweetie, ah don't have any brothers or sisters... Or none that ah know of."She says sadly.

[Ketchup]

"But where would they go? I'm worried that they'll attack after we leave... Sundance said that Arbu doesn't have the firepower to take them on if it comes down to that."
Quiver says with a shrug before turning to the filly.
"It's highly unlikely that we're related."
He says with a slight smile.
