"And you've said you was bad at guessing." Novae let out little chuckle.

"Alright then. I think I'm going to go see what the others are up to... unless you want me to stay, of course."

[Katarn]

Novae struggled for a few seconds inside her head. "If you want you can go. I'll just read the book and then will get to others."
"If you stay though..." She kicked herself mentally again. "...I can read some parts of this book to you..at least parts you'll understand without some extensive knowledge."

[Ketchup]

"I don't think I'd be able to understand much of it at all... but thanks for offering."

[Orm]

Searchlight woke up and walked out of the building accorss Tenpony.
As he once again looked at the tower, he noticed Charcoal sitting outside.
"Hey, Charcoal." He said walked over to the cyber pony. "You alright?" He asked.

"Okay then." Novae smiled and lie down on bed. "I'll join you later."
She pulled out 'Robotics 101' and start reading it.

[Ketchup]

"Later."
Quiver entered the hallway and let out a breath he didn't realize he was holding. He looked around at the piles of ash.
"Enjoy it while I can..."
He muttered to himself before making his way into the clinic.
"Clock, can I ask you a question?"
He looked at Mincemeat.
"In private?"

Clock nodded at Quiver and stepped out into the hallway and she kept her voice reasonably low, "What do you need Quiv? Please tell me this isn't about an STD, I won't tell anyone if it is."

[Ketchup]

"What?! No!"
Quiver said more loudly than intended before lowering his voice.
"I was wondering... if ponies and zebras can procreate."
He says, choosing his words carefully.
"They don't teach that in Stables."
He quickly added.

Clock realizes her misinterpretation of the situation, "Ooooh, okay. I knew it was something sex related. Well, short answer is yes. You and Novae can have babies. Long answer is that your kids will be infertile. There may be some additional health risks, but that particular area isn't to terribly well researched."

[Ketchup]

"...Okay."
Quiver's wings twitch slightly.
"I-I think it's a bit early to think about having a foal, though."
He added quickly before exhaling slowly.
"Thank you."

[Tytan]

Clock smiles softly, "On the plus side, Zonies are generally cute, but from you and Nov, I bet they'd be adorable."

[Ketchup]

Quiver blushes a little.
"Well... thanks, I guess. We haven't really talked about it, so this is quite theoretical."

[Tytan]

Clock snickers slightly and grimaces, "So you're theoretically going to get laid? That's rough."

[Ketchup]

"I... don't know for sure. I'm not very good at reading her. I'm not sure what she wants."
He pauses.
"I hope she wouldn't object to us talking about it."

[Tytan]

"I'm sure she wouldn't mind. And she seems a little young to be thinking about foals... So do you for that matter."

[Ketchup]

"Well, it's an issue if, theoretically speaking, we have sex."
Quiver smiles a little.
"Speaking of age, how old are you? If you don't mind my asking, of course."

[Tytan]

Clock sat on her haunches and crossed her hooves, "28. My birthday was a few weeks ago."

[Ketchup]

"Really? You seem younger than that."
He kicks himself mentally.
"I'm sorry... I was never good at talking to mares."

[Tytan]

Clock didn't look upset, "As far as sticking your hoof in your mouth goes, that wasn't terrible. If you'd said I looked older I might have hit you."

[Ketchup]

"Well, thanks... I suppose. While we're still sort of on the topic... I have no idea if you'd have any answers to this, but why would Novae want to be with me... the one most liable to die out here?"

[Tytan]

"First of all, that's not true. I think that honor belongs to Mince. Heck, Novae is more likely to die than you. Not everyone is as understanding of Zebras as we are. As for why she's with you, how many reasons do you want? You're nice to her, you treat her as an equal, you care about her... the list kinda goes on, but I think you get the point. There isn't really a reason for her not to want to be with you."

[Ketchup]

"...If you say so. I guess I'll try to make sure it stays that way... thanks, Clock."

[Tytan]

"No problem."

[Ketchup]

"Well, I'll be outside. See you later."
Quiver walked outside and sits, staring at the graves.

[XT Vengeance]

"Huh? Oh...it's just you Search. Um...yeah...I'm alright," Charcoal lied.

[Orm]

"You sure? I can't imagine anyone being alright after what happened here."

[XT Vengeance]

"Here? Oh...um...yeah. I..." Charcoal trailed off, clearly uncomfortable.

[Orm]

"Charcoal?" Searchlight said, before sighing and sitting next to his friend. "Listen, whatever it is you're going through, it's not healthy to keep it to yourself."
