"All of them except Candyland," the mare responded. "It moves around too much."

Searchlight was confused by what the mare said. "How does a place move around too much?" He asked.

[CamoBadger]

"Because that's the most lucrative way to be a Raider colony," she answered. "If you stay put too long, ponies start avoiding your territory, and rivals start starving you. If you move then you always have fresh land."

[Ketchup]

He landed next to the mare and held out his PipBuck with its map open.
"Can you mark them for me?"

[CamoBadger]

"Uh, yeah," she squinted and pointed to each of the settlements, leaving Quiver with a tag for Arbu, Southbuck, Brandybuck, and Underworld.

[Orm]

"Raider colony? That sounds like a problem you and I will have to solve sometime," Charcoal said to Mira.

[Ketchup]

"Thanks Mirabelle."
He flew back to where Novae and Jayne were walking.

[CamoBadger]

"I'd hope so," Mira told Charcoal with a confused look. "They're the assholes that I've been living with since the attack."

[Orm]

"Sounds like we are going to have some fun then," Charcoal replied with a grin.

[CamoBadger]

Mira smiled and nodded. "I can't wait."

[Tytan]

Clocks eyes go wide, "A... A whole raider colony... and just the two of you... I'm probably the last person who should be asking, but are you insane!?"

[CamoBadger]

"Not at all. We picked up a toy from the slavers that should even the odds," Mira told Clock with a smile. "Besides, Char told me he's been hunting raiders for years. We'll be fine."

[CamoBadger]

"Clock, don't worry. I'm sure Mira and I can handle it."

[Tytan]

"I have every bit of faith in Charcoals abilities, but this is an entire raider camp. And you plan to... what? Cave their skulls in with a shiny glowy egg? I hate raiders, but I love Charcoal more than I hate them."

[CamoBadger]

"Cave in their skulls? As much fun as that would be, this is a Balefire Egg! It'll turn them into glass faster than you can touch yourself at night!"

[CamoBadger]

"Clock, that is a balefire phoenix egg. DO you know what that means?"

[Tytan]

Clock looks at Charcoal, "... Scorch is gonna be a daddy?"

[CamoBadger]

Scorch let out an indignant hoot.

"No, it means we hava a minature balefire bomb and we are going to shove it down their throats," Charcoal said with a neutral tone.

[Tytan]

Clock took a moment to process that. Then she looked at the building that had been destroyed by balefire two hundred years prior. She then proceeds to panic, "And you're carry it with you!? Celestia fuck me, is it even safe to carry?!"

[CamoBadger]

Mira prodded the bag with a curious look then turned back to Clock. "Seems fine to me."

[Tytan]

"And what if it gets shot? Or dropped? Or maybe it just goes off for no reason what so ever."

[CamoBadger]

"You worry too much," Charcoal said. "We'll be fine."

[Tytan]

"Worry to much?! You've just told me you've got a live balefire bomb which may or may not be safe. I think I'm worrying just the right amount!"

[CamoBadger]

"Clock, I spend most of my time around a balefire phoenix. We'll be fine."

[Tytan]

"Last I checked balefire phoenixes don't explode!"

[CamoBadger]

"But they do throw up fire on you," Mira pointed out. "No offense Scorch."

[CamoBadger]

"Squawk kaw," Scorch hooted dismissively.

"Like I said, we'll be fine."

[Tytan]

Clock started rubbing her temples, "You know what? Forget I even asked. I'm just going to pretend you aren't carrying a fucking civilization ending bomb, and are planning to use it to blow up a bunch of raiders and quite possibly yourselves. I'm going to go back to Tenpony. I'm going to go back to our room. I'm going to take a very long, very hot bath. I may or may not touch myself during the course of said bath. Who knows? I'll see how I'm feeling. And I'm going to pretend that whatever you're planning isn't even fucking happening." With that she trotted past the two possibly certifiable ponies and in the direction of Tenpony.

"Clock..." Charcoal said, hanging his head after she walked off. "I...I need to do this," he said quietly.
