So Novae gives group -2 charisma (but gets +1 to self, if repaired, hacked and blow up something in past 3 days or similar activities)
And Jay gives -1 to party
Oh...and I've never used Jay's +1 to combat rolls...hehehe

No. It fully heals it regardless, I'm not going to deal with figuring out how x skill makes a character better with y item.

like I said makes having a doctor character bloody useless... had i known this beforehand,

I thought he could enhance the effective use of potions and what not but if any character can just pump a chem.... okay who am I to argue...

I will just continue down the path I'm on, maybe medical skill rolls will be needed in the future
