Also, this is my fault too, but we need to remember that pegasi are hated by much of the wasteland (the shopkeepers are nice enough because I won't screw them out of buying anything), and the rules for them do require a -2 for all charisma rolls. Again, my fault too because I forgot, but from now on this will be going into effect.

ZEBRA'S have the -2 from themselves and everyone with them.
