I'm having painkiller inspect his wings to check for any kind of damage and such, i figure if one has stuff installed on their body, they would be able to inspect it and know if it were in need of some repair or identify rusts and such, what do you think?

I think it makes sense. Though I do think that cybernetics would have stuff on them to protect against rust and water-logging.
