Clock giggles, "Oh, I do have something juicy for you."

Her eyes light up"Oh, do tell."She says excitedly

"Well, I was tellin' him about my keen observational skills and he doubted my claims. So we made a bet. He'd whisper something and I'd tell him what he whispered. I won of course. And as payment, tomorrow he's going to dress like a mare."

Charcoal takes the seasoned meat, and carefully places them in a pan on the stove. He spends the next several minutes searing the meat, making sure that just the outside is fully cooked, keeping the inside nice and tender.

Clocks eyes light up, "Oh, that's a good idea. But I don't think he'll let me take pictures. He doesn't even wanna leave the room."

Satisfied that the food was cooked to perfection, he grabbed scooped them out of the pan, placing them on a pair of plates. Charcoal covered them up with another pair of plates, to help keep the meat warm. He took what was left of the pasta from the previous night out of the refrigerator, and heated it up in the pan along with a little bit of water to hydrate the sauce. Satisfied that the dinner was ready, he carried the dishes carefully to the room he had used the last time, and set them out on the table.

"Scorch, can you go get Clock for me?" he asks his friend.

"Squaw!" the fiery bird replies with a salute. He takes off , flying to Clocks door, where he pecks at it incessantly.

[Tytan]

((Fuck it.))

Clock opens the door, "Oh, hey Scorch. Didja forget something?"

"Kaw!" Scorch squawks, gesturing with his wings.

[Tytan]

"Ah, dinner's ready. Lead the way my handsome bird of prey."

[XT Vengeance]

Scorch nods at the mare then leads he down the hall to the room from the night before. He stops in front of the door and lets out a low squawk before taking off, flying back down the hall and out through an open window.

[Tytan]

Clock inhales deeply. "Smells great Char. What're we having?"

[XT Vengeance]

"I made us some seasoned pork chops, and I heated up what was left of the pasta from the other night," he says, leading the mare to her place at the small table.

Clock sits at the table and looks at the delicious spread. "If I keep eating like this I'm going to lose my girlish figure."

[XT Vengeance]

"Unfortunately, I don't really have the time or supplies to cook like this on a regular basis. But I can always restock my spice box. I know some good places to find herbs. Besides the few I grow at the Crow's Nest."

[Tytan]

"You're kind, can cook, and have a garden? I kinda hope you realize that you could get just about any girl you wanted."

[XT Vengeance]

"Its...not really much of a garden. More like a few potters for the plants and a drip feed watering system. It took quite a while to even get anything to grow."

[Tytan]

"I think you missed the point a little. You're quite the catch. Any girl would be lucky to have a stallion like you."

[XT Vengeance]

Charcoal rubs the back of his head with a hoof. "I'm not that great really..."

[Tytan]

"You are missing a little self confidence. But that's usually fixable with the liberal application of alcohol."

[XT Vengeance]

"No, that isn't a fix. Alcohol doesn't usually solve problems. That's why I don't usually drink."

[Tytan]

"Well I didn't say it was a perfect fix. But I will be here to help you find a more permanent one."

"Thanks...and Clock?"

[Tytan]

"Mhm?"

"What is the mare I want is you?" he asks after a moment of silence.
