The blue coated blackmaned unicorn filly patiently rested her cheek against her mother's belly for a few more moments before lifting her head and pushing her illfitting glasses back up her muzzle. "I don't feel anything momma." she said sounding disappointed.

Cherry giggles a little and nuzzles her daughter"Well, sweetie, ah ain't that far a long yet. The baby ain't strong enough yet."

"but you said the book said." She looked around for the book in question and ended up grabbing the first one in reach. "Umm..." she squinted as she tried to remember the exact words her mom used. "I could feel it?" She opened the book unable to make out any of the words and the few pictures she found looked nothing like the ones her mom had showed her.

She giggles a little more."Well, sweetpea, ya can feel it. It's just right now the baby ain't big enough ta feel quite yet. It will be soon though, promise."She smiles

"Okay..." Flea still sounded a little disappointed. Her head raised high as an idea came to her.

The filly combusted in emerald flames, seconds later she was an exact copy of her mother. "Am I going to have a sister? Or," she was consumed by fire once again revealing a tiny copy oh her husband "a broth-" she erupted once again reverting to her normal black self. She shook her whole body sending her glasses into the wall. "Oops." she replaced the glasses on her face. "Being a colt is gross momma."

Cherry hugs her daughter"Ah bet it is, sweetie."She nuzzles the filly and looks at her"Um, ah don't know yet. I'm thinkin' it might be a colt though. Won't be nice ta have a little brother runnin' around?"She smiles widely

"Mhmm, I can teach it to fly" her wings buzzed as she flew a single lap around cherry. "and use magic." her horn glowed and the scattered books piled themselves up one atop the other.

"Yeah, ya sure can sweetie, but we'll have ta wait to see if it can do magic or fly first."

[Tytan]

((I hope it's alright if I join. I'm not quite done with Clock yet.))

Clock repositions her stethoscope on her neck, "Maybe if you're very very lucky he can do both and be the new prince of Equestria."

[Aonee]

((I'm just gonna do this.))
"Really? Is this what we came all this way for? A house?"
Crusher nods and raises a metal hoof. 
"Alright, remember, control! Don't knock the damn door down."
Crusher very carefully brings its hoof the rest of the way and taps it against the door a few times. On the other side, it sounds like someone's trying to buck the door down.

Clock rushes to the door and pulls it open. Simultaneously she holds a revved ripper in her magic in a way that couldn't be misconstrued as anything but threatening, "GET LOST OR YOU'RE LEAVING IN PIEC-... Crusher? Octo?... I thought you were dead."

[Aonee]

The Doc gives a satisfied nod. "Good job, the door stayed on its hinges this time." He then looks up at Clock. "What? No. It was nothing Crusher's auto-repair systems couldn't handle. But by the time we were in shape to leave the room we were thrown into, there wasn't a soul to be found. Crusher and I just sort of started wandering, then all of a sudden he took off for, well, here I guess. Celestia only knows how he found you."
Crusher nods.

[Tytan]

"Well, this place is kinda out of the way. Anyways, the way I heard it you were pretty well scrapped during the fight with that slaver. Kudos, by the way, for your bravery. The lack of life afterwards... sort of our fault. We tried to find you afterwards... but things were kinda... tense."

((Um, guys, I don't mind if y'all join in. In fact it could be fun. But what Last and I had setup was that Cherry and Flea where in there house, in Dodge Junction. A year after the RP. Again, I don't mind if y'all join it's just that it's awkward that everyone is in Cherry's house...

If this thread is inconvenient for that, I could start up a new one if y'all'd like.))

Octo sighs. "Yea, thing is I didn't figure out what we should've done until after the fight... Just like always."

"I don't get it. You can fly and Shadow can do umm... Magic." she rested her head on cherry's belly. "Can't it do both?"

"Clock, if that happens, ah think we'll be in trouble..."She looks back her daughter"Well, sweetie, it doesn't really work that way, the baby will either be pegasus or unicorn."She shrugs"For all ah know the baby might not be able ta do either of them."

"Why not?" She frowned. "Is there something wrong with it?"

"...Well no, ah don't think anythin' is wrong with it"She says sounding a little worried."Foal just get different things from each parent and wings or a horn is one of those."

[Tytan]

"Don't worry Doc. As they say, 'Hindsight is twenty twenty.'"

"What would be so bad about that Cherry? The alicorn son of Cherry Blossom and Shadow might be just what this hole of a country needs to set it back on track. Not to mention you'll be the envy of all the other moms out there."

Flea wrapped her hooves around Cherry's neck as her stomach gave a slight twist along with her mother's worried tone.

[Aonee]

Octo sighs. "Yea, something like that."
Crusher nudges Flea and beeps comfortingly.

[Guest]

"Well fer one, doc. That'd cause a lot of unwanted attention, and folks don't seem ta like alicorns too much an might cause somepony ta try an hurt him..."She says still worried, but relaxes when her daughter hugs her.

[Tytan]

"Hun, you know you've got friends that'd stick up for you. And if you want me and Vik can stick around for a while. Vik's kind of depressed at the moment, but he's still the best guard dog in the Equestria."

[Guest]

"Ah know but still, ah'd worry..."She looks at Clock"If y'all want ya can stay fer a couple days, ya'd just have ta tell Shadow once wakes up fer his shift."

Flea crawls into her mother's lap, smiling, then waves happily at Crusher.

Crusher waves back.
"Yea... Can Crusher and I stay a little longer? We really don't have anywhere else to go."
