"Good, otherwise you'd have to make extra bullet holes in it, some bullets might shred and we'd be munching bacon with pieces of lead."

Charcoal just stares at her for a moment. "That's why you clean and prepare the meat first. I already butchered it this morning and disposed of what we couldn't use."

"You're one handy ((can't think about proper ponifycated word, except for hoofy..but it's just sound wrong..)) stallion, Char."

[XT Vengeance]

"Thanks. Anyways, we should have enough pork left over for a nice dinner some night this week. I already salted the meat, so it will be good for a while."

[Katarn]

"I see you know few good tricks. Does your skills cover only cooking and shooting?"

[XT Vengeance]

"No. I'm pretty good at repairs as well. I have to be. How else would I keep my hoof in top shape when I spend so much time out in the field?"

[Katarn]

"You could have skilled mechanic by your side." Munching meat. "Like me or Clock."

[XT Vengeance]

"Novae...I haven't been around other ponies that much for the last eight years. As long as I have had this hoof. You don't get to be a good sniper if you can't care for your gear."

[Katarn]

"I've heard snipers work in pairs, to be more efficient."

[XT Vengeance]

"Yeah, with a spotter. Scorch is my spotter."

[Katarn]

"That's cute."
"Sorry if my behaviour somehow disturbs you, I'm not crazy...well..not entirely sane, true. But been normal is no fun. Speaking of which. What do you do for fun?" Grin.

"Fun? I...I don't really have time for fun, usually. I guess you could say that I read...but I only do that in my down time, which there isn't much of."

[Katarn]

"Oooooh, watcha readin'?"

[XT Vengeance]

"Old magazines."

[Katarn]

"Like comic books? I'm reading mostly about robotics, computers, guns, mechanics, explosives (obviously) and like that. Also I love to read from time to time adventure stories."

[XT Vengeance]

"No. Just an old gun catalog that I've read through a hundred times."

[Katarn]

"Ever tried to read...something else?"

[XT Vengeance]

"Look Novae...I don't really have time for it. Besides, as much as I'd like to carry around some books to read, I have more important things I have to take along. Besides, I just keep the magazine because my dad gave it to me for my birthday a long time ago," Charcoal says in mild frustration.

[Katarn]

Throws piece of meat in the air, trying to catch it with her mouth. Instead it just lands on her face. She uses her tongue and 'drag' it in her mouth.
"But you ain't so busy now, so why don't you try read something else. Let your mind switch to something new. It helps me." Novae said, while munching another piece of meat.

[XT Vengeance]

"Please don't waste the food. It took me hours to get all this ready..." Charcoal says to the mare, watching her risk his hard work.

[Katarn]

"No food wasted, all will end up inside me." Grin.

[XT Vengeance]

"Yes, but save some for everyone else. There is only so much to go around, and I'd like it if everyone could have some."

[Tytan]

"Go easy on her Char. She already had an ordeal today, and there's plenty for everyone to eat their fill."

[Katarn]

"Ordeal? I've experienced only fun today. And it's fine, Char is friendlier, than most of folks, that I've meet."

"Nah, I'm stuffed with these already."
Moves closer to Char. "Saaaay..." Looks with dreamy eyes at him. "What..." Gently grabs his metal leg. "..enchantment does it have? Hidden blade? Thumbs? Flamethrower? Maybe hidden SMG?"
