the dozen or so ponies are easy just write unknown guard on a dozen stones, if you want them to be that many, memory is fine. the one in the cage i have no clue

also the cakeshop is my fault, I uuh am not that smart with flint, I was eating cake and ended up scrolling to flint and steel while eating and caught the place on fire. Now before you yell at me for not punching it out, i did not know you could so I kinda just watched it burn... it was not on purpose, although if you mention it, I will laugh... its hilarious in a bad way and I am sorry it happened.

Current projects updates are go
Castle Whiskey is near competition even if one of it's towers is lopsided. The servants quarters are nearly done. The Angst brigade rooms just require decoration and labeling. The Throne room is done and the Royal apartments just need decoration. The four towers must go higher but aside from the Royal Distillery I'd call the Castle about 25% away from completion

The StableTech building has been started by Harm and is coming along nicely.


The Casino, Bank, Hotel, Citadel, Subway, Temple, Cake shop, outer ward, dockyard and more projects are completed inside the city itself.

I have received complaints that the Stable-Tec Headquarter was going to be "too damn huge", a "waste of floorspace" - as well as complaints from the Citadel's denizen that it was going to dethrone them of their record as "highest building in the City".


Well, do not fear, citizens of Somberville, for as soon as the mods are going to get installed, a large part of it will be transformed into a state of the art Stable-Tec trademark Manufactorium.


And as for the Citadel, well... It wouldn't be the first time they vertically expanded, isn't it ?

The modpack that will be used is going to be, as soon as it is released for general public use, the "Feed The Beast" modpack.

Because the question has already come up a few times, I'll say it on record : The reason why I, personally, am pushing the server to use a yet unreleased modpack, instead of using Tekkit, the "Proven And Available Solution", is quite simple :


First and foremost in my opinion, Tekkit / The Technic Pack is made without the active support of the mods developers, contrary to the FTB ("Feed The Beast") modpack. What this mean in practice, is that one is provided "as is", and you can only hope for the guys behind Tekkit to fix bugs when they occur ; when the other has all the mods developers behind it to rush and correct bugs when they happen. And THERE IS going to be bugs, especially when you start to mod something so heavily, the thing being that they will be solved relatively quickly in one case, and not at all in the other.

Secondly, the FTB modpack contain mods that aren't contained in Tekkit and which will really add to the game, such as Forestry (making Farming Fun !), Computer Craft (Program robots to accomplish tasks for you !), Extra Biomes (Yay Wasteland Biome !) or Mystcraft.

And finally, Tekkit is an incredibly heavy resource hog.

Tekkit does include Computer Craft, actually. Neat that FTB has Mystcraft, though.

Worst come to worst, if it's possible we can always ask Adder to disable Equivalent Exchange on the server. That should be possible.

And I would be okay with that, to be honest. Once you get enough diamond and glowstone to make a Collector, it's just a matter of time and nothing else before you have practically infinite diamond.

I mean, I know how to build relatively inexpensive systems with Equivalent Exchange & Red Power that produces 1 diamond PER SECOND. With an initial investment of roughly ten diamond, EMC-wise. That's a bit too ridiculous for me.

Yes it does. It even has honest-to-Goddesses Nukes, but given the population of the server *look in the direction of Kipper, Adder, and the Admiral*, I think it would be better if Adder checked the option in the config file of Industrial Craft that disable nukes on the server.


At least for the first month post mod-install. When everyone is settled and has taken the mods in their hands, maybe we can create a Mystcraft age dedicated to playing with nukes against each others.

We'll have to see about that.

I know (Rum) someone who (Rum) has the free time and the (Rum/Tyler) motivation to spend ten hours mining the materials necessary to build a nuclear missile.

Uranium is also found at all levels, so it's really easy to find, especially if you can use a nuke. We used massive mining holes made from nukes on one server. Good times.
