Thank you for reminding me it has been far too long since I've played that game!
Homeworld 2 never cut it for me. HW and Cataclysm (fun fact: Cataclysm is rated E, somehow), though, oh-ho-ho, those games are some of my favorites, even if I haven't beaten the former. What we need is Homeworld 3, with more elements from the first two. With modern graphics, do you know how AMAZING that would be to see? Even a remake would be great. Unfortunately, Sierra went under, and even if Barking Dog and Relic are still around, there isn't going to be one, just like there won't be a sequel to Freelancer... Makes me sad.

Well, this is Fallout-Related (in a crack-pot sort of way) so I'm going going to leave this here.
Enjoy.

By way of Relic I believe THQ owns the rights to Homeworld now, so another sequel is on them.
I respect Homeworld and Cataclysm, but Homeworld 2 is my favorite at this point mainly due to the Complex mod. That and the few missions that irritated me in the first two...

Yep, there are those times.

- @Kattlarv:
Ah, I thought I remembered someone mentioning it before, and I thought it was you.Kattlarv wrote:The honey dip one I personally despise. From all I recall ever seeing from it, they have a flat, bland character, horrible anatomy compatibility, among other things. Granted, I've seen them do something decent every once in a while, but they are right up there with the rest of the bad blogs most of the time. Endorsing bad stereotypes, as said: making bad & often incorrect anatomy and the whole deal. (last time I checked, they still were placing genitals through the pelvis and using generic porn norms, just having cardboard stereotype characters) For just once, it'd be nice to see someone do the opposite of fail anatomy, so people at least could see how awful it looks. Feh... ranting a bit, but just pisses me off that the standard norm is said bad anatomy. People think it's correct and keep drawing it, almost always ignoring the illogical parts, and being ignorant towards people that point out the flaws, due to "it's always been like that", "it's my style" or "what? they look like that.) or whatever. So yeah, sorry for the rambling, but people like that just keep helping endorse the already bad, flawed and harmful stereotype. Plus, they are one of those blogs that fills up half your update blog each day with reblogs and spam. Now granted, I only mostly have seen their old work, but I checked around 10 pages, and saw nothing impressing or innovative. On a side note, a bit more ticked than usual. Mostly due to being in a recent argument with yet another asshole. Being sexist/racist/a bully is NOT a human right, nor a thing all Americans have a "right to do, since it's a free country". You do not have the right to discriminate or segregate. You are just free to think whatever the fuck you want, not act on it, nor attack others with your PoV. Especially not when they are so ignorant of others views.
The second one seems decent though. However, not sure if I'll follow, seems like one of those that posts way many blogs per day if they have time. And I sadly have enough of those already. Might should un-follow a few.
Honestly I used to care about gender stereotypes, but then I stopped. People are never willing to change their minds... those that believe in a sterotype will, and those who don't, don't and that's it. They'll teach their children how they believe and it'll just continue on. All trying to change people's minds does is give you a headache, and it's not worth it to me.
These are my recommendations. Not everyone is going to like them, and that's fine. No one has to, but if someone sees them and decides they like them then that's great.
As for Haiku's anatomy... I actually don't care for how he draws his anthro characters that much. But I haven't let that keep me from enjoying the parts of his work that I do enjoy.

In terms of reading speed, I'm a fast reader compared to most people I know. Not sure what the average time to read FO:E is, but it took me a little less than 25 hours to get through it.

@The picture.
Not to be 'That Asshole Admin' ( ), but technically we are not allowed to have posts or links to that kind of thing posted here (pornographic/NSFW pictures or videos).
Just a warning to refrain from posting that kind of material in the future.
Out of Admin mode: that's...interesting...is interesting an appropriate word to describe that?

I've had a little fun in Dwarf Fortress. While dumping excess materials, or something of that sort, my dwarves started to fight near the entrance of the fortress. Three died, two wound up wounded--including my miner--and two remaining, with useless skills.

Well I suppose with the career I have it would make sense to stay in shape... I thought The Sims 3 emphasized logic for the law enforcement career though?

I'm something of a counterexample, having changed from being more than a bit sexist to being a feminist. Though that's the exception to the stereotype-retaining rule.WavemasterRyx wrote:Honestly I used to care about gender stereotypes, but then I

@Kipper+Swicked: You guys, I have to say I am ... something that it kinda took long time for you to notice the picture xP
@Scyto: *Snrk* Okay, that was a mildly amusing ... montage?
@Wave:
@Tyler: Well played, well played... you win this round! xD
Also, is this a good time to remind people I don't normally wear underwear? Just saying, keep in mind what you dress me in xD Also, the wish thing almost seems too good to be an accident... or is it called random... or on purpose? Brain, I know it is late, but I need the help right now xD
(Pic) I
@Camo: I kinda knew that... sort of, but to my defence, people have done it before ^^' Plus, I put up at least 3 warnings and a spoiler before it, so it's not anything you accidentally click really heh.
And *cough* well, yeah, I guess it could be a fairly accurate work to describe it with.
@Swicked: As said, it is really more a "thrill" arouse thrown into there (guessing you off all here might have the best insight in it... that or my brain is really not with me today haha), it became a tad bit more than I expected, but as said, too busy squealing for finally having one proper drawing of it. And just for the record on that, I am as said ~8 cm, it is being stretched, but not by too much atm. And it would more be in the department of "do it careful, or yes, it will hurt. But anyone with a dog, (or whatever) that is not overly vicious can know they can bite "softly". So yeah, it's quite on that "grey zone" of pleasure, leaning towards pain. Normally nothing I am into, but.. lets just say the artist likes to dance around there haha. So, if I'd give an example pain wise, it'd about be around... having someone bend your arm behind your back, but not pressing on it... I suck at comparison, ah well, whatever. I am sleepy and woozy, I'd do best in not trying to explain sexual stuff, for the sake of all here xD
And thank you, I got quite a package as said. ^^ Can sadly (and gladly) say I think this is the community where the least amount of people have gone the "ew, gross" direction with my how my... "pride" looks. (sad in the way I guess you know the "general reaction", and glad due to well... you haven't reacted like that.) Anyhow, in either way, just wanted to share that. Should prolly lay low for a while now. I think I've used up my allowance of "dirty topics" for at least until the end of next month :P

- Eh... I know. It's just hard to ignore it when it heavily affects you. Kinda like being lactose intolerant, while ex: the school you are at constantly every day solely serve products you cannot eat, using the "it doesn't affect me, I do not give a shit" attitude. Aka: the commonly used racist+sexist PoV. And since you are a minority, you should adjust to the laws, rules and expectations they have, since it's not a problem for them if you suffer, and it's only a problem if you bring it up... but eh... I know, I really have to stop caring, just focus on the ones actually seeming willing to change and care about other than themselves, or simply not be lazy, asshole sheep's.
In either case, would personally not recommend that person in either case, they're not nice enough imo. And they have the "meh, cba to improve, it works." In the sort of "meh, only every 10'th baby die since we don't do x, cba to change to something new or improve, then I have to spend time and effort, it works as it is now, and people like it enough." But yeah... I overall still need to let off steam... mainly first find a way to do said thing.
On a side note, a tad bit surprised you didn't find the link to my dirty thing heh. :P

I can say it became a tad bit "too thrilling" for me, but *squee* been waiting for something like this for YEARS. That parent to offspring leads back into something I often say on racial relations, the people who voted for George Wallace for Governor all the way until the 1980s are still alive and well and voting. We are not that far off when it was perfectly acceptable (Less than twenty years) to attack those different than you in most states and be able to get away with it if you were considered different enough.nebulous wrote:I'm something of a counterexample, having changed from being more than a bit sexist to being a feminist. However the culture has changed so once these people do the kindness of expiring of old age and various hilarious accidents the culture will have moved on so the sons and daughters of the sons and daughters will be easily able to accept things as their own parents come to accept things without their parents around to reinforce the stereotypes. The progress of history is slow but steady and bends towards tolerance and all that.

Well, you can't just stack the rocket infinitely high. One engine will only lift so much. And if it's too tall, it starts whipping around and breaks in half and then there's screaming and fire everywhere...swicked wrote:Just played this. Took me a bit too long to realize I could just string tanks of fuel together without separate engines. After that, orbit was easy.
Did you make it to the moon? I don't think I'm entertained enough by this to try.
But yes, I succeeded in reaching Munar orbit (periapsis less than 300 km, WHEEE!) and returning safely to Kerbin.

@Kattlarv
What picture? Nevermind, I don't think I wanna find out. Probably being around the age where I figure out what you meant with the pringles.
Got's a question for y'all: what're your opinions on text adventure games?

Kind of confusing; my generation was raised on UIs and pretty graphics. I haven't really had any fun with them, but I haven't spent much time on them, either. ...Though like a total loser I still tell people they've been eaten by a grue. (Well, in the short time I played Zork for, I got that fate maybe once.)
I've got's a question for y'all too: What is the most annoying sound?

I don't know about "most annoying" but the sound of a lone fly in a dead-silent room bugs the ever-living shit out of me.

Re: [GRIMDARK] Fallout Equestria: Project Horizons Discussion
For me, it's the cacophony of barking my three dogs emit whenever something approaches the house, or anything happens, for that matter. And we can't stop it, either; anti-bark collars and devices make them insane, except for our Labrador retriever, who doesn't seem to even mind. It isn't helped by the fact that the loudest dog happens to hang around in my (and Ketchup's) room, and we keep the door closed all the time because it's cold down here. Given the fact that everything sets him (and thus the others) off, we do a lot of letting him in and out, and it's annoying to a hardly-tolerable extent.

Enlighten us, then. I'd assume it's an addition to the previous chapter, released prior to the next chapter, or perhaps half of a chapter.

Common consensus from IRC seems to be 'smut based on implied sex in an existing fic.' I had no idea so many existed, and at least one for PH even!

I've encountered only one other story with such passages, and I'm not going to be reading those, no. (They're clop scenes between a human and Rainbow Dash. ...I'd rather, y'know, not.)
