Also, I'm thinking the battle maison might do better if it changed it's name to "Jesus christ enough with the flinching and frozen already".
I think I've been frozen less than a dozen times throughout the pokemon series and this place is responsible for half of them.

Not only does this make every move that it uses have STAB no matter the typing, the AI also don't know how to deal with a Pokemon that constantly changes type. Since Greninja also has one of the highest speeds in the game you are basically guaranteed to go first and change your type before they can do a super effective move on you.

Huh, my porygon knows conversion 1, 2 and Zap cannon (Which just missed 5x in a row. I wonder if this thing learns lock-on Conversion, adaptabilty, lock-on and Zap Cannon would make it one hell of an electric type.) I think they're egg moves.

Also Porygon can't learn egg moves to my knowledge as it is genderless and therefore can only breed with Ditto. Porygon learns lock-on at 45 not sure about Porygon 2 or Z

Well, firstly, Rarity didn't try to reason with her. Twilight even asked her what she thought, and she couldn't think of a reply and cued the "prank" instead. Secondly, maybe Rarity and Rainbow Dash would do this under their suboptimal circumstances, but only if they weren't considering at all how Twilight would feel. Which brings me to the biggest dark mark on this: how Twilight feels. To begin with, she clearly has no idea that she's done anything wrong. Indeed, she's under the impression that she's been a great help to people and that her friends are, of course, supporting her. And then, suddenly, from, as far as Twilight is concerned, out of nowhere, Rarity and Rainbow Dash express their displeasure by blocking her magic (some of the early comments appear to debate whether she could have gotten past the restraint, but I'm pretty sure that she would have if she could), immobilizing her forelegs, hanging her by her hindlegs from a fountain in the center of town, and then setting her swinging so that a jet of dirty water periodically hits her in the face. And then the leave her there, alone. And she doesn't even know what she did wrong. That's not a prank; that's Twilight's ability to trust ponies and faith in the power of friendship snapping. And it was Rainbow Dash, too. If it was Pinkie Pie, the situation would be, while still pretty bad, slightly better… but Dash is the Element of Loyalty. This is what Loyalty's worth? I'm not sure whether it would make it better or worse for her to realize that Rainbow Dash and Rarity just weren't thinking properly; on the one hoof, it would be good that they didn't really mean it, but on the other, if this sort of cruelty is something that they have to actively avoid…

Why did the other Bearers take that action? And Rarity, stressed, sleep-deprived, and ultimately facing the possibility of The End Of Romance As Ponies Know It, cooperated. (Note the tail signal just before the last scene change: there's a bit of 'I tried to reason with her: your turn' in there.) But that's the way I perceived the characters and thus the resolution. And personal perception, as we all know, is the Carlin Seven plus several friends.
So it goes.
As for turning the events into Twilight's Start Of Darkness... not on this timeline. This timeline already has enough to worry about.

Earlier I managed to sloppily play the main riff from the song "Broken Boy Soldier" by The Raconteurs on my guitar. It was mostly just me screwing around with the fret board, but now I know how to make different notes. I just can't eliminate the "pull-off" noise when moving my fingers. Even though the guitar frustrates me, it's like the instrument calls me. There's still that desire to play despite the shit that I go through to learn it.
If anyone's curious about what kind of guitar it is, it's a 1960's Martin D-35.
