I got in on ESO beta. While that's not the reason why I've been ducking out on games tonight:

1. didn't feel like gaming as evident on not being on TeamSpeak 

2. guys, I said I didn't have L4D2 downloaded yesterday, just like I said I didn't have it downloaded last week and whenever somebody asked before than. Being invited three times isn't going to get it redownloaded in time to join in last minute.

Anyways, as loathed as I am to say this, today has left me feeling moody and my mood has not improved as the night goes on. It was Kidney who pulled me in so make of that what you will.

I say normal but silent. You can get a mic later if you have the cash, but it sucks trying to play with others when your game is nothing more than a slide show of events a minute apart from each other and a good 10 minutes in the past from what's actually happening on screen. *cough*L4D2*cough*

You know what's the best way to avoid a war? Ask the current government of Ukraine if they wouldn't like to have us send a coalition to ensure its territorial integrity in what hasn't been taken over by the Russians yet.

We get to keep our credibility, the Ukrainians get to keep most of their country, and Putin sure as heck isn't going to be so dumb as to try to force more of his troops in the rest of Ukraine if it might mean attacking NATO troops.

It's not a win-win, but that's good damage-control at least.

Because currently, the way things are headed, Russia seems to be going for the whole of Ukraine.


By the way, Ukraine... shoulda really moved faster to become part of NATO.
