Staying alive on my life #5. Wandered NE Chernarus to the point of starvation, ran from a ton of zombies, then finally found by Ketchup. Now relatively well equipped. Ready to take on more challenges. Da'hay am I doing awake?

Also, anyone want to also roam Chernarus with Ketchup, his brother, and me? Feel like breaking out a copy for anyone who has enough time (and good enough computer/internet) to do so.

A friend of mine, not from the site, saw that Guns of Icarus was cheap right now for the four pack. All copies have been claimed but if more people here get it we can get some games going.

I've been playing Guns of Icarus quite a bit with Craterfist. So far, I make a great gunner when I'm not using the Hades (Fuck the Hades and its intrusive sights), and Craterfist makes a great pilot. However, we don't do so well when we switch roles.

Speaking of the Hades, despite its aggravating sights it's actually pretty great, if you can learn the firing arc. Craterfist and I had the misfortune of being paired up against a couple of ships armed with them, and it quickly became a one-sided fight. We could only sit there because our ship was one gigantic fireball. Nothing worked. I think it's better than the flamethrower if you can manage to work with it.

Meanwhile in Chernarus we have the addition of Scyto. Took us a bit to get to him, but he was then decently outfitted. Unfortunately a hole opened up in the void and ate Ketchup, leaving no corpse behind. Restocking at Krasnostav and will reraid airports.

Nope. Quiet night. No one had anything together. Had to go pick up my brother, so couldn't participate. So nothing last night.

We're still doing Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. I'm probably gonna bug everyone about show up earlier, maybe change the 'official time' to 8:15. (I do fire up teamspeak and wait at 8:30 every night and it's kinda silly when most everyone shows up around 8:40-8:50) And yesterday we unfortunately didn't have enough people for a game, but since the last two weeks had stuff every other night I'd say things are still looking up in terms of people showing up.

According to SeaNanners, the creators of The Ship have released a new game called Bloody Good Time, which is supposed to be a spiritual successor to The Ship. The gameplay is similar and improved, and it has several game modes. Perhaps best of all is that it's cheap; The Steam Store has it marked as $5.00.

LoL: AFO Mirror is hilarious. Gotta team up with y'all again. Had a Darius match where half of us just spammed /dance for the first couple of minutes. Then spoilsports decided to attack, so we FB'd them and crushed them. Last minute I got to actually backdoor them. Some reason they were saying "XPEKE!".

Warframe: Wednesday is my reset day. Still trying to get 75% off. Apparently days 1-2 rewards have a higher chance at that particular coupon. No real use for any of the larger pool rewards. They kinda suck. Managed to kill Phorid at lvl 13 Valkyr using Hysteria and a potato'd unforma'd Kogake.

DayZ: *sighs* KOS'd again, even after calling friendly. Heh, they didn't get anything really good off of me, as I got shot at beforehand by another KOS player and most of my stuff was ruined. Sucker. Once it goes on sale (hopefully this summer), gonna try and get the group to start roaming. Dunno what kind of band we'd be though. Preferably heroic (but not stupid good). Also hope by that time Adder has upgraded his video card. No idea how to help Moody though.

Still have a backlog, but not inspired to play them at the moment.
Hmm. It's an MMO (blanches). Not only that, but it has an initial cost && subscription fee? Is this game trying to be WoW 2.0? Eh... Well. It's just a trial. Hopefully it doesn't eat into the little time I actually have during weekdays. I'll take it if no one else steps up.

So... I was gonna try and "move the schedule" (convince everyone to show up earlier) buuuut I kinda forgot. It only works if everyone's on the same page, so it's fine if everyone shows up at 'the usual time' tonight.
I'll make a totally convincing post to get everyone to show up 15 minutes earlier for Friday, but for tonight expect no reverse psychology.   

Also, I need to ask if any of you are actually just unable to come any earlier than ya do currently. If that's the case, then it might be best to actually move the start time a bit later. We'll see how it all works out.

I think I'll make a thread tomorrow and see if we can get, say, a Trouble in Terrorist Town game (gmod gamemode) with at least 8 people. (That is, get at least 8 people to say they will show up for game night friday for that specific game.) Since that's where you get two Traitors and the Detective activated.

Also, in other news, SK gifted me a copy of Payday 2 so if anyone wants me to join them for that, I'm available now.

Had a game of TF2: Prop Hunt yesterday. Was Fluttershy for a round. Then somehow managed to use my shotgun as a prop. Horrible at seeking, by the way.

Probably going to be a quiet day today. People rarely show up on the TS servers to hang out. Stone's gone for a while. Rum shows up late. Adder and I usually stay in our channels doing whatever.

When you're the last prop I believe you get to use the shotty. If that's not it then I don't remember.
