Meanwhile in Texas, someone dropped their snowcone so the surrounding school districts shut. down. EVERYTHING. Not that I'm complaining, I'm a senior and won't have to make these days up.

So, I've been watching Attack on Titan. I'm about sixteen episodes in and I'm still not sure if it's supposed to be serious or not.

There's a ton of yelling and crying in this thing but the Titans themselves almost always come off as comical. The way they attack, their appearance, even some of the camera choices when they're attacking.

There was a scene in particular where a group of civilians were trying to escape and a Titan appears and runs down the street in what I can only describe as a highspeed waddle. I think it's supposed to be scary but I burst out laughing. And it is the same way everytime one of these things look through a window. Which is pretty constant.

Having watched the rest of what's out so far, I can say it is supposed to be serious. That said, the comical Titan thing never really stops.
