Well, Scyto the best thing for competitive multiplayer is friends to play with. Out makes it much more fun since even when you lose, you can still have fun.

As for the other part, luck. Lots and lots of luck.

Also as a fps player the fundamental problem with multiplayer nowadays is that it's pay to get the bfg9000. If you got beat by someone using a better gun don't feel bad, most "l33t" gamers can't play for shit if everyone has the same level equipment. Why do you think so many people that play cod or such hate tf2? Cause even though there's tons of items the levels do nothing, and that a lot of the stuff is purely aesthetic.

All of them. Every multiplayer game that has ever been made, I've never been able to get good at. (I'm probably exaggerating a bit, but I really can't think of a single multiplayer game that I can play)

Scyto, you can always play online hearts. There are tons of bad players.

Also. You can try fps-(kinda)mmo Planetside 2. Alone you will suck anyway, so it's heavily dependent on player cooperation. I'm playing sometimes on server Woodman for NC. If you're interested, I could give you a 'tour guide' for this game any time.

And remember, kids. Sucking at game alone isn't fun. But sucking at game with lost of people..still not fun, but hey! At least you're not alone at it.
