Fuck. Cunts haven't even bothered to fucking run it through QA by the looks of things because I can't even do the first fucking mission without a game-breaking bug.
Turns out there was a different route that they didn't bother to hint towards. My bad.
As for performance, yes, it's better on the PC.
I'm using an Intel i5 3550 @ 3.3ghz (stock) along with an AMD Radeon HD7950 and the game is set to 1920x1080 running ultra graphics and it's coming at roughly 55+fps at all times.

Keep in mind, it isn't finished yet for PC. They know it won't work right yet.

I'll probably get it for PC whenever it goes on sale, just for better performance. It runs driving somewhat poorly on the 360 version, and the graphics are not stellar.

The machine I'm getting soon won't have problems with it at all, but I doubt this one would either.

Turns out I was wrong. On foot, 55+ even in combat.
Driving? 35fps.
So driving is still a resource hog for some stupid reason, but not unbearable. Don't know how it'd translate over to any older processors, but then there's no doubt going to be a patch to fix that (I hope, for their reputations' sake) or simply lowering the graphic quality may help.
