Scorch is a phoenix, so he wouldn't need to be a mechanical construct. Besides he would be working with Charcoal regardless of what faction it was.

I'm not sure she's a good fit for the Nightmares, she's not super religious and it doesn't serve her desire to help others. I think the Inquisition is the best fit.

Oh yeah, well... I'm just not sure. It's kind of a toss up. She could be either one really. Especially since putting her in Whitegold could have her working with Viktor, but the Inquisition is more fitting with her personality.

Yeah, that was what I based my pick for Shadow. His personality is better for a Pony of Fortune.

I was thinking Inquisitor for Shadow, but he is no where near charismatic enough for him to do so.

It does fit for her very well. It just depends on if she knows what happened to Ponyville. If she knew they flooded the city and killed ponies that didn't do anything, then I'm not sure if she would be with Stormwing after that. She maybe very loyal but she also doesn't know a lot of the bad things Enclave does so I don't know how she would react to the flooding.

Aon and Kura would probably be legionaries for Stormwing. Iffin would be for Everfree. Crys would likely be a Stormwing as well, but she'd be in the Cult of Laughter if she cracks.
