They already have one. Right now she's a pup (meaning she's only 95-100 pounds), but according to the vet she's got another 50 or so pounds to grow.

That and her paws are almost the size of my hands.

Yup. They also foster big dog breeds until they get adopted. Right now they have a really sweet Presa Canario pup who I would adopt in a second if I didn't already have 2 dogs.

I like my dogs, but we don't have room for a fourth.
I don't think we'd get another if our Labrador dies from what's happening to him now. Just started today, he's retching and throwing up bile, we think it's from something stuck in his throat, but all our attempts to look have been met with his resistance and big tongue.
Compounding it, he won't come inside.

Sorry for just dumping it, but I'm worried.

I'm wondering if I should even bother going to sleep since I'm getting up between 630 and 7.

Reasoning: I have severe insomnia and if I try to go to bed I won't fall asleep until 2 or 3 in the morning.

Just getting a couple hours of sleep makes me feel more tired then not getting any at all.
