Flea returned the hug as the itching in her tail dies down and eventually faded away. She climbed out of Cherry's grasp and waited next to her armor. "I need help Mommy."

Quiver looks a little confused after her first statement.
"Only if you feel up to it."

"Of course sweetie."She smiles and hovers over to the filly's armor and helps her daughter put it on.

"I-I'm good. And if I'll feel sick again...you will be near to help me." Novae rubbed dirt with hoof.
"And I really love to be near you."

Quiver looks at her, slightly puzzled.
"I enjoy our time together..."
He pauses for a few seconds.
"We should go see what's going on in the clinic."

"If you say so..let's go then."

Quiver leads Novae into the tower to the clinic, and walks in.
"Shadow, Cherry, we've been moving the bodies outside, Viktor is burying them. Do you two want to help?"
He says wearily.

Cherry looks at Quiver"Bury? Why would ya do that? Can't ya just cremate'em and spread the ashes, that's what we did back home."

Shadow looks at Quiver"Not my place ta do that, not friend or family of victims. It wouldn't have any meanin' if ah did it."

"The purpose is to get the bodies out of here before it becomes a threat to the health of any future inhabitants. Besides... there's nobody left to bury them."
He turned to Cherry.
"Couldn't you not bury them at all? Living in the clouds?"

"No, we couldn't. Besides why would a pegasus want ta be buried? Ta confine our bodies ta a grave? No, sir, all the pegasi ah know would much rather let our spirits still fly with our families ta feel the wind in our feathers. Just the thought of being buried is... Terrifyin'." She shudders

"I've never given it much thought, personally," Mince chimes in, "I imagine whoever kills me doesn't really care too much what I want done with my body."

"I suppose growing up while buried mitigates that fear..."
Quiver mutters as his wings twitch slightly before picking up the body of the doctor carefully.
"Most ponies are incinerated in 16 when they die, with the exception being our Overmares. Anyway... I've got things to do."
Quiver walks out of the clinic and waits for Novae.

Novae follows Quiver with body of another inhabitant of Tenpony. "Do you think we could just cremate all of these bodies?"

"I... I don't. At home it was a sign of respect to be buried... but I don't know the customs here."
Quiver continued outside, continuing his routine of placing the dead in a row.

Places body next to others. Novae was glad, that this time it went easier for her.
"To be honest...getting buried is...not really common here. Not that no one bury anyone...just. Not everyone can get a grave."

Mince sighs and goes back to lounging.

Clock is splayed out on her cot, snoring softly.

"*Snrkt* Wha? Beans again? That's all you ever make Fry...," she murmured before she began snoring once again.

Hearing Clock, Mince can't help but let out a snort-laugh.

Flea had missed most of the adults conversation as she was currently playing with her toy, a thought however popped into the filly's head and she approached her mother. "Mommy?"

Cherry looks down at her daughter and smiles"Yes, sweetie?"

"Ah uh, beg pardon?"She asks clearly shocked by what the filly said.

Shadow stares blankly not sure what to say."It's uh...."He struggles to find the right words

"What's a cunt?" She repeated. "That monser called me that before he hurt me."

"Well uh, ya see it's a-"

"Very bad word!"She quickly cuts off the stallion"And ya should never ever say that ta anyone. Right, honey?"She turns to her husband

He nods"Y-yeah, what yer mother said."

Flea nodded at the pegasus. "I'm sowwy mama, I didn't know it was bad to say that."

"It's all right, sweet pea. Ah wasn't mad, just shocked was all."She nuzzles Flea"And now ya know so ya won't do it again right?"

She shook her head. "I won't say it again." she said before returning the nuzzle.

"That's my girl."She smiles and gives her a quick peck on her forehead"So, uh, yer wings all dry?"
