Flea's ears folded back and she looked up at shadow sadly. "Do you pwomise?" She ended her sentence with a quiet sniff.

The Changeling turned to the griffon she looked on either side of him trying to see if she could spot the funny striped pony she that played with her before. "Heeey..." she quietly replied to the griffon to upset at the moment to think of anything else to say to him.

Shadow nods"Ah promise, sweet pea. She's all right."He hugs the filly, and looks at Jayne"So, they cleared the place? Shame, maybe next time."

"Oh, don't pretend like if you even care." Jayne rolled eyes.
"Are you alright, kid? I saw some p--ony hurt you. You're brave and tough little one."

Shadow chuckles"Figured ah give it a try, didn't work huh?"He ruffles Flea's mane"Yeah she is."He says proudly.

She returned shadow's hug choosing to believe what he had told her.

A small smile crossed the filly's muzzle at the griffon's compliment. She shook her head. "Shadow fixed it with the puwple watew." she said gesturing to her wound.

She nodded at shadow not sure what he was talking about. "Do you have Buwn?"

Shadow shakes his head"Sorry, sweetie, ah don't got'im. Ah think Mama grabbed him though."

Flea hung her head, slightly disappointed. "Oh, okay."

"It'll be all right, we'll get him soon."He grunts as he puts a little too much weight on his crippled legs."Maybe it might be a good idea ta head back now, legs are killin' me."He says to Jayne

[Katarn]

Jayne coughs a little. "Don't take me wring, but it'll be best for you to look like usual pony filly. There are are some other kids...and they might be afraid of how you look like."
"Maybe. But you'll have to keep kid from sights of other kids...just in case."

Shadow's tendrils put her back in his coat and pull up his hood."Ah'll talk ta her 'bout it once we can find somepony she can turn inta."His tendrils wrap around his shaking limbs"But fer now, she's safe in my coat, wanna head back? Or did ya want ta check anythin' else out?"

[Katarn]

"You go, some one should watch this 'barricade'. I guess tomorrow morning we'll start dragging out bodies."

"Ah'll right, ya want ta send Quiver or someone else down ta help?"

[Katarn]

"Just tell em, I'll be here, I don't mind some company, if anyone would want to go down here."

"All right, will do."Shadow walks back to the elevator and goes to the second floor and walks to the clinic. Once inside he lays down in the darkest corner and his tendrils unwind from his legs. He sighs as he starts to rest his legs."Jayne's watchin' the makeshift barricade we made. Said he wouldn't mind company if anyone wants ta join."He takes out his book and begins to read.

Quiver nods in acknowledgement to Shadow, then turns to Novae.
"Do you want to go down with me to help him?"
He asks her quietly.

[Katarn]

"Actually..maybe we'll go check on DJ..he's alone and hurt up there."

[Ketchup]

"Okay. I don't know if he'll be awake, though."
He says before leading Novae up to the top level, and entering the studio.

Pon3 stood up as Quiver entered, rubbing his head. "Ow."

[Katarn]

"Oh! You're awake!" Novae exclaimed happily.

[CamoBadger]

The DJ looked around the room and groaned. "Yeah, thanks," he told Novae. "You got up here pretty fast, I thought they were going to kill me."

[Ketchup]

"Good to see you're awake. I suggest you drink the rest of that potion."
Quiver says, gesturing to the rest of the large potion he was using as he dressed his wounds.

[CamoBadger]

The stallion nodded and swallowed the potion. "Thanks."

[Ketchup]

"Well... they almost did. We got up here just in time to stop them from killing you..."
He says, looking at the dead ghouls.

[Katarn]

"Yeah..we would've got here faster, if not for other attackers outside..." Novae said sadly.

[CamoBadger]

"I appreciate it, and I'm sure everyone else here does too."

[Ketchup]

"There... isn't anyone else."
Quiver says, looking down.
"When I got your message, I took the elevator to get up here to help you... I knew you were in trouble specifically... and everyone followed me."
He looks back up, sullen-faced.
"...By the time we engaged the last of the attackers, they had already killed everyone else. We... I... fucked up. I should have said something, done more..."

[CamoBadger]

"Everyone?" he asked in shock. "T-they killed... everyone?"

[Ketchup]

"Aside from some foals in the nursery, everyone was killed."

[CamoBadger]

"You saved me... instead of all of them?" he asked with a growl.

[Ketchup]

"While that was not the intent, that is what happened. And it's my fault for letting it happen that way."
Quiver says, keeping his tone as level as possible.
