Yes, and both of my characters still need the auto-doc. I don't see why Jayne and Shadow can't have a little interaction before Mira is fixed up.

Basically, every time you use it you'll do a roll. Same rules as the Sanity rolls for Searchlight.

If you get a doctor to fully flush you then they reset, but the roll for addiction changes to 1-3 is instant addiction.
