Shadow continues shaking"Ah'm S-sorry Master, A-ah can't help ya"

Tears are streaming down Clocks faces, Charcoals declaration of suicide had broken her, "Char?"

(Str 2 10-3) Every muscle in Clocks body tensed as her horn started glowing bright green, "Charcoal!" Charcoal started hovering in midair. A roll of duct tape floated out of her bag and started wrapping around his legs. When the roll ran out of tape, and Clock ran out of energy she dropped him to the ground.

Clock stomped up to him and started yelling in his face, she still didn't have control of her own tears, "You want to kill yourself?! FINE! But you're taking me with you, and we can die together like a normal fucking couple!"

"Oh, well that's too bad." He looked at each of the mares again and shook his head. "Well, there's only one thing to do. I'll just have to take both." He looked over to the guard by the gate. "Open the cage."

The guard nodded and unlocked the cage before pulling Eve and Cherry out and slamming it shut again.

[Strength 7-1 (5+1)] Charcoal struggled to break free but couldn't. "We aren't a couple, MISS Clockwork," Charcoal hissed. "Now fucking let me go."

[Tytan]

"So what? Everything we've done has meant nothing? Not one second meant anything?"

Shadow Leaps up"N-no Master, P-please, don't A-ah'll do whatever ya want. Just please don't do this. Please master, whatever ya need me ta do. Just let them go."Tears can be seen running down from behind his sunglasses.

Cherry starts crying"N-no, please, don't."

"It means nothing to me," Charcoal lied. "None of it meant anything to me."

[CamoBadger]

"Sorry, Boy. You don't have the equipment required to do what I want right now," he replied with a twisted smile. "But I will give you one last chance to make that recommendation."

"A-and the one ah don't pick, yer gonna let her go, Master?"his tendrils take off his glasses as he looks Cut-Throat in the eye.

Clock floats him up by the hem of his jacket and starts shaking him, "Why would you lie about that!"

[CamoBadger]

"Whichever one you say isn't worth my time will be put back in the cage, and I won't touch her. Why would I, you wouldn't lie to me after all, would you?"

Shadow shakes his head"No master ah wouldn't lie, ta ya."He looks at Eve sadly"Ah'm so sorry darlin'."A tendril points at Eve"Her, the one with the pink mane ain't any good."

I...she saw right through me. I really am a failure.

Charcoal's eyes go blank and his head droops.

[Tytan]

Clock keeps shaking him, yelling in desperation, "Why? WHY!? TELL ME!"

Charcoal said nothing, his head hanging limply.

[Tytan]

Clock stopped shaking him and looked into Charcoals deadened eyes. The longer she stared the more her expression softened from enraged, to angry, and finally despair. She hugged him and wept into his shoulder, "Please... why?"

Charcoal hung limply as tears began falling softly from his glazed over eyes. The grey stallion didn't make a sound.

[Tytan]

Clock wept, and hugged him tighter. She opened her eyes for a moment to cut his binding off with a scalpel before she continued crying.

[Orm]

"Clock, you should probably take him inside." Searchlight suggested.

[Tytan]

Clock sniffled and nodded. She supported Charcoal and walked inside.

She found the person in charge of lodging and paid for her and Charcoal to stay for the night.

She took him up to their room and laid him in the bed. She wanted to crawl in with him, but she couldn't bring herself to do so. She took the extra blanket at the foot of the bed and laid down on the couch.

[Science 45; (45)] Octo inspects Crusher's collar, looking for ways to disarm it.

[CamoBadger]

Octo can see a little light, and some things attached to the collar, and maybe a wire or two, but can't figure out how any of it works.

Charcoal whimpered in his sleep. He shook as he fought off his nightmares, tears streaming down his eyes.

[Tytan]

Clock looked worriedly at Charcoal from across the room. She couldn't sleep.

"N-no...please...please...I...I don't want to be alone," he whimpered softly as he fought with his nightmares.

[Tytan]

Clock felt a twinge of guilt. She picked herself and her blanket up and went to Charcoal. She slid into bed with Charcoal and pulled the blanket over the both of them. She put a hoof on her shoulder, trying to comfort him.

[Orm]

Searchlight picks up a stone with his magic and began to scribble something in the dirt.

[XT Vengeance]

Charcoal whimpered and shrunk away from her touch. "I...please...I didn't mean it...I...I didn't want them to die...please....take me instead," the grey stallion begged in his sleep.

[Tytan]

Clock pulled her hoof away. She settled for being close to him.
