While that does seem like an awesome place to live XT, I can't help but think about all the storms and other natural phenomenon one would have to put up with living on a small island like that.

She'd love the water, but not so much the heat; she'd get overheated and dehydrated very easily.

Guess the heat would be a problem for her thick coat and size. Guess a pool would be a much better option for her one without a lining.

I had one of those little plastic kiddie pools, which she loved in the summer.

That is until she decided to drag it around and tear the side off to release the water. She was so proud of herself until she realized the pool didn't work anymore.

Aww, that sounds cute as hell.

I think those pools cost twenty bucks or so, I think it'd be worth it. Well as long as she isn't like my dog who destroys her toys within a couple hours of getting them.

It kinda was. She grabbed it and dragged it over to me as I laughed my ass off, then put it down and looked up at me with those big puppy eyes, like "please fix it".
Then I got sad and took her to a lake that afternoon to go swimming.
