So this is something I have been working on, it's a take on enclave power armor using the F-16 helmet, a changeling and fallout enclave power armor as a base.

I'm pretty happy with it but want your opinions before i use it in the comic I'm working on.

Yes the bottom part is unprotected, I'm considering just protecting the meaty parts of the wing from the bottom because the suit already has metal 'feathers' but it doesn't look as good.

I think on the highest tier power armor it did, but there were like 7 different kinds of armor if I recall.

It's true that power armors (be it Steel Ranger's or Enclave's) seems to have been portrayed in a quite inconsistent fashion throughout the different side stories. Which mind you isn't a bad thing in itself given :

1 - The sheer pace at which technology evolved during the war, which may explain why a number of different models would have been issued.
2 - The fact that Steel Rangers and the Enclave did not stop working on their armors in the 200 years between the Holocaust and the start of the story, which has left them ample time to further modify their designs (and patch them up with random junk for the Steel Rangers).
3 - And finally the fact that Steel Rangers chapters and Grand Pegasus Enclave communities each have their own specialties and secrets and stuff, which may further explain some differences.

S : 5 (strictly average strength)
P : 7 (normal eyesight, good earing, but most importantly I'm kind of attentive to details, though not always)
E : 5 (strictly average endurance)
C : 6 (physically I'm strictly average, but apparently I have enough presence that I can hardly go anywhere without leaving a trace in people's memories, and often positively. Also it seems I can be convincing.)
I : 7 (apparently I have a easier time than most analyzing a situation and remembering things, when I pay attention at least)
A : 5 (I was hesitating putting a 4 here, but I don't think I'm THAT awkward)
L : 5 (I often feel like I'm a really lucky bastard so I would have put myself a 6 here, but I'm no superstitious so whatevs' :v )

Traits : gifted, good natured

A : 4 (Movement is a little uncoordinated sometimes.)
L : 1 (Always something going wrong. Trouble has a habit of finding me one way or another.)

S - 4: Not very strong. Applying pressure makes me shake.
P - 6: Though my eyesight is impaired, my inference skills are good.
E - 5: I don't tire too easily, and I am healthy.
C - 4: Not a people person, and I ask too many questions for some people.
I - 7: Analytical. Good at recollection and absorption.
A - 4: Not winning any merits based in my dexterity, no sir.
L - 7: I am a very fortunate individual. About this I cannot lie. I don't believe in luck, only probability, but circumstance has been in my favor often.

Most of my skill points would go towards Science, Unarmed, Melee Weapons, Speech, some into Medicine from personal experience with dealing with various bullshit and learning from the ordeals, and Survival, although I need to work on that one.
EDIT: And some into Repair. The actual amount of points in each of these would vary greatly.
