Quiver opens a door and looks inside.

"Not too sure, but I zink someone vas killed or vounded in heeya." He calls out. He takes a closer look at the stain on the wall. (perception 5)

[Tytan]

Clock walks to the center of town, where the twins said there was a bar. She entered looking for clues. (Perception 10+5)

[CamoBadger]

Searchlight: The door of the shack has a pair of bloody hoofprints on the inside and a faint trail though the sand leading to the center of town.

[Aonee]

Crusher walks to the town hall, and enters it.
Dr. Oc searches for whatever may be found. [Perception 10; 4+5]

[XT Vengeance]

Charcoal gets up and follows Clock to the bar. He walks up slowly behind her. "Clock...I'm sorry," he says softly to the mare.

[Orm]

Searchlight follows the trail.
[Perception roll (9)]

Clock looks back at him, "What for?"

[CamoBadger]

Quiver: The thick smell of death wafts out of the door as it opens, followed by the sight of a skinned pony hanging from his hind-legs at the center of the shack.

Cast Iron: The stain is old, at least 12 hours dry, and is made up of blood and small particles of brain matter.

Clockwork: The bar is completely empty. Any bottles that weren't taken were smashed on the ground. Blood trails stain the floor leading outside.

Crusher/Doc Oc: The town hall is a complete mess. A pony is flayed and drawn across the main wall, his blood used to write 'For the Fallen King' under his drained corpse.

Searchlight: The trail leads to the center of town, right in front of the bar, where a few trails from carts and hoofprints lead out of town to the south.

[Tytan]

Clock walks back outside.

[Ketchup]

Quiver covers his nostrils with his hoof.
"I've got a dead pony over here!"
He shouts.

[Orm]

"Hey." He calls out to the others. "I think I've got something."

[XT Vengeance]

"For a lot of things," he says quickly. "Um...I meant...for jumping on the..." his voice trails off. he follows Clock outside, still wincing every few steps.

[Ironmonger]

Cast Iron walks back outside to meet with the others

[Ketchup]

Quiver closes the door to the shack, and trots over to Searchlight. he notices the tracks.[Roll=10]
"Looks like we do have something here indeed..."

[Tytan]

Clock closes her eyes for a moment thinking, "It's fine Charcoal. I think you've learned your lesson already."

[Ironmonger]

"Somevun vas executed in zeh shack I came from. Looks zat vay." He calls

[XT Vengeance]

"I have? Clock, I don't regret jumping on the grenade. I just...I didn't want you or anyone else to get hurt. But...I hurt you in doing so..."

[Aonee]

Crusher walks back to the others.
"So, anyone know any kings or other figures in power that have fallen recently?"

[Ironmonger]

Cast Iron raises an eyebrow at Octo

"Charcoal... It... I... I was scared. I thought I lost you."

[XT Vengeance]

"Clock, I...I'm sorry."

[Tytan]

"It's okay. I didn't lose you. Just... be careful."

[XT Vengeance]

"I'll try," he says quietly. "I think I'm going to need a break after all this."

[Aonee]

Dr. Octo looks at Cast. "Well, whoever did this wrote something about a fallen king in blood in the town hall."

[Ironmonger]

"…Zeh only vuns to my knowledge who had anything like a king vere zeh zebras"

[Tytan]

"I'm gonna hate myself for saying this, but you kinda already did."

[XT Vengeance]

Charcoal just frowns at the mare.

[Tytan]

"If it's any consolation I regret saying it now."

[Admiral Stoic Rum]

Painkiller sniffs a bit, "Looks like raider work. You don't think that Zebra welcoming committee had anything to do with it do you?" He asks out loud.
