then you cant do a combat action you did a movement action like when we had to move around cover.

You aren't high enough level for me to do that yet. Having some of you run inside only to get beaten into oblivion by 21 enemies including a boss without being allowed to attack first would just be harsh at level 4

okay please I say this far too often and it can be annoying I know it, but i am not good with implications. sometimes I think there is an implication when there is none there, and other times that the rule is set when in fact it is implied to not apply.
