Doesn't change the fact that Clock was trying to deal with it without trying to pin him down. Again, less aggressive options always come first. If Charcoal had headbutted her or something, then forcefully holding him down would be perfectly understandable.

right right, stop drop and roll probably did not occur to anyone trying to put a fire out on a pony, I certainly forgot to say that. I figured he was already down when she was putting him out, and he was thrashing on the ground. hence pouring the potion over him before conaminants could set in the burned areas... so it would make sense for her to not be on top of him if PK could do that.

I don't think Pain is going to get that lucky again. At least not for free. Looking past the whole Ghoul look especially for someone you're only interested in physically is asking a lot. That's assuming he's not into ghoul mares.
