"Happy to help," the mare replied as she pulled down a set of leather armor and a knife. She sliced the thicker pieces of leather away and set them aside. "Hey sweetie," she cooed to Flower. "Can you help me real quick and stay still while I put these on you?"

She huffed still mad at Tumble.

"Please be good."

She looked at the mare and gave a tiny nod."Okay."

[Tytan]

"Are you sure we have to? We could always have an encore."

She started putting pieces of the leather over Flower's chest and back, taping them together as best she could. "All done, thank you," she told Flower with a smile.

[Guest]

She squirmed around in the make shift armor. "Mmmm..."

Tumble smiled satisfied the armor stayed in place despite the squirming. "No, thank you." he pulled out another five caps and put them on the counter. "A little tip for the rush job."

Flower was floated off the counter still squirming a little on the ground as she got used to the armor's feel.

"Thank you, I hope she won't need it," the mare replied happily. "Is there anything else I can get you?"

"I'll go get zeh ozers." he says, making his way to the Inn.

Charcoal grins at the mare. "You know, I think that is a good-"

There is a loud crash as Scorch smacks into the window. "Squawk!"

Charcoal just gives Clock a look and leaps out of bed, opening the window with his mechanical fingers.

"Squawk! Kakaw squwakity squawk squawk squawkity kakaw squawk!" the phoenix yells, flapping his wings.

"What?!" Charcoal yells in surprise. "Clock, we need to get moving now. He said that DJ Pon3 announced that a nearby town is under siege. We have to go help." With that, Charcoal grabs his things, slinging them onto his back. "Let's go." he says expectantly to the mare.

"Nope that's everything." He walked towards the exit. "Seeya." he stepped out of the general store and walked into the bar.

Flower followed Tumble.

Shadow spots Tumble and Flower"Hey, Blossom, go tell Tumble what's goin' on. Okay?"

she nods and goes over to them.

He walks over to Painkiller"Hey, asshole, we need ta talk."

Clock gives and exacerbated sigh and rubs her eyes, "Typical. I finally get laid and the world starts falling apart all over again." Clock gets out of bed and gathers her equipment.

Painkiller's nostrils flare for a moment, "I'd suggest we go somewhere private."

Painkiller leads them to a private portion of the bar, its closed off from the rest of the patrons where they aren't going to be overheard.

"Alright, go ahead. What do you have to say?"

"Hey Cherry. Me and Flower are ready now."

"Just think of it this way, we will need the 'rest' afterwards," Charcoal says with a grin. "I waited twenty six years, I think I can wait a little bit longer for my second time." With that, he leads the mare out of the inn.

Scorch just looks at the two ponies, perched on Charcoal's back. He lets out a squawk of approval.

Shadow's tendril tightens around one of his knives tucked under his coat"Just who the fuck do ya think ya are?! Ya can't just go and order my wife inta combat, ah don't fuckin' care if ya were Luna herself, ya have no authority ta put her in that kind of danger!"

Cherry smiles"Okay, well it looks like we're goin' ta Freemane ta help out, so make sure ya got yer gear ready."

[Tytan]

"Hopefully not to long." She gives him a kiss on the cheek.

His expression falls. "I thought shadow said we weren't going. What changed?"

"Well... Ah got orders from a superior officer. Ah couldn't turn'im down..."she looks down"Shadow isn't happy 'bout it, but he's still goin'. It'd probably help if ya went with. He's gonna need a friend."

[Ironmonger]

Cast Iron sees Charcoal and Clock walk out of the Inn. "Guten tag, mein, freunds! I vas just about to come get you. Apparently zeh town of Freemane is under siege, let us make haste, yes?"

[Admiral Stoic Rum]

"You're right I don't have that authority and she knows it." Painkiller snaps, but then his voice softens only a little.
"If she told you who or what I was, then she probably forgot to mention the part where my authority expires upon my branding. Honestly, its her choice to mak whether she goes or stays, not really yours to make for her, and not mine. Even a youngling like yourself should know about that sort of thing. She must have a big heart."

His voice puts on a little bit of a confidence. " Looks like you've got a job now; keeping your wife safe. If either of you are hurt, it would be a very good idea to keep your doctor safe to keep you in good shape."

[Guest]

"I don't like it. But I said I'd travel with the two of you for a while." "Who is this superior officer?"

Charcoal smiles at the kiss, then leads the way outside, leaving the key on the counter. He notices Cast Iron walking towards the Inn.

"Hey. I already heard about the trouble in Freemane. You can count us in."

[Ironmonger]

"Das ist gut!" he says cheerily. "Zeh ozers are all at zeh tavern. I'm sure zeh besieged could use our skills, ja?" He trots off full-speed to the bar. The sight is like watching a bulldozer flying through the streets.

"Well, I guess that means we should go meet them." Charcoal trots to the bar.

[Tytan]

Clock follows close behind.

[Guest]

"Don't ya talk 'bout her like ya know her."Shadow continues to glare"And ya seem ta ferget that we got another doc with us, all ah have ta do is keep her alive ta get help fer either of us."He smirks"If so much as one feather is outta place*His tendril puts the knife to Pain's throat*One. Fuckin'. Feather. Ah will kill ya."He presses the knife a little closer"Understood?"

Cherry mutters under her breath "Doctor Painkiller"

Charcoal walks into the bar. "Alright people, lets move out. We have a town to help," he shouts to the others of the group.
